Covered parking a few steps away, Aix-les-Bains and Lake Bourget or Lake St André 20 minutes away, Annecy 30 minutes away; This cozy cocoon is ideal if you love the mountains, lakes, bike rides: the city is renowned for its large number of bike paths. Chambéry is a beautiful city for walks and visits.
This duplex recently renovated (April 2025) offers 4* comfort: The climb is rustic and from the entrance you will be charmed by the exposed beams and old wood that coexist with a modern kitchen and comfortable furniture. If you are 2, you will occupy the ground floor of the duplex with a spacious bedroom consisting of a 160X200 bed, a dressing room, an equipped kitchen open to the living room, washing machine, bathroom with shower and WC, living room, electric fireplace, smart TV, WIFI.
If you are 4, you will enjoy a beautiful space upstairs with a spacious suite consisting of a 160X200 bed, armchairs, coffee table, bathroom with sink and Italian shower, separate WC, storage.

Tout est fait pour s'y sentir chez soi et avec tout le nécessaire (en cuisine, pour le linge, jeux,livres.....)Un conseil : réserver parking Curial (a 2 pas de l'appart, le moins cher et sécurisé) sur Qpark car mission impossible pour trouver place gratuite.Boulangerie, carrefour city a proximité a piedsA recommander !!
