Gite on 2 levels, in a house adjoining the owners' house comprising on the ground floor: a living room-kitchen lounge area (a Rapido sofa bed for 2 people - Chromcast / Netflix connected television, a bathroom (shower and WC ), a reserve for storage 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm, 1 trundle sofa without leveling 2 single beds 90x190 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm composed of 2 beds 1 person 80x200 cm) with a private bathroom each (shower and WC).Garden and terrace in fenced gravel.Carport and table tennis in common. Located on the heights of the city, this fenced property includes the main house, as well as an annex building composed of small apartments. Access to the property is via a gravel driveway for 150 m. The cottage has two outdoor living spaces, the garden on the south side and the terrace on the north side with garden furniture and barbecue. A large parking lot at the entrance allows you to park cars, with a shelter for 1 or 2 places. The services are all included: sheets, linens and towels, end of stay cleaning, and the beds are made on your arrival.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
