Just 15 minutes from the Parc des Volcans and Vulcania, this lovely 18 m² studio is located in the center of Chamalières, only a 10-minute walk from downtown Clermont-Ferrand. Full of character and in perfect condition, it is furnished, fully equipped, and very quiet, set in a traditional house with access to the garden.



The studio features a kitchenette, a sleeping area, and a bathroom. Storage space and a wardrobe are also provided.



It’s the ideal base for exploring the Parc des Volcans, its lakes, Vulcania, the Michelin Adventure, and the many medieval towns nearby! Bus and tram stops are just a 5-minute walk away. Amadéo Park is 5 minutes on foot, while Grand Parc Monjuzet and Royat Tonic spa and themed pools are a 5-minute drive.



Discover numerous medieval towns within 10 km of the studio. Parking is available on rue d’Assas or nearby side streets. Enjoy many hiking trails in the Parc des Volcans d’Auvergne (15 minutes by car), and visit dozens of surrounding castles!
