Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Très déçus par notre séjour. À notre arrivée, l’appartement sentait fortement la cigarette malgré la mention « non-fumeur » dans l’annonce — une odeur persistante durant tout le séjour. Les sols étaient collants, les draps et couverts sales, les distributeurs de savon vides, et une seule serviette nous a été fournie pour deux adultes et un bébé. Le pire : la brosse à toilettes baignait dans des excréments laissés par les précédents locataires — inadmissible. L’hôte a proposé un nettoyage le lendemain, mais cela ne change pas le fait que le logement n’était pas prêt ni conforme à la description à notre arrivée. Quel dommage, car l’appartement pourrait avoir du potentiel avec un vrai souci de propreté et d’entretien.
