It includes 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with a large-screen TV, DVD player, and fiber optic Wi-Fi, as well as a shower room with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

Comfort is enhanced by underfloor heating, central vacuuming, mosquito nets, quality bedding, and the use of natural materials: earth-pigmented paint, hemp insulation, and natural linoleum flooring in the bedrooms.

Outside, there are two private, unfenced plots of land measuring 600 and 800 m², where children can play and, in winter, enjoy safe sledding – no cars pass by, the road ends at our property.

The village is 2.5 km away, where you can find local specialties such as sourdough bread and the famous blueberry tarts. This cottage has been renovated using eco-friendly materials such as hemp and rigid wood fiber for insulation, earth pigments for the plaster, and the absence of carcinogenic products.
