Renovated country house with private garden with gazebo and table for outdoor dining, swimming pool and shared parking with 4 other apartments. Within the property, common green spaces that span views of the enchanting Tuscan countryside.
The house has on the ground floor a living room and kitchen, upstairs two double bedrooms and a twin, bathroom with shower. At 1km the small town of Piazze offers availability of supermarket and other shops of various kinds. Just 8km from Fonteverde Thermal Spa in San Casciano dei Bagni. Very close centers of historical and cultural interest such as CHIUSI, MONTEPULCIANO, CITTA 'DELLA PIEVE, SARTEANO, CORTONA, ORVIETO. It is possible to reach one hour away from art cities such as AREZZO, PERUGIA, SIENA, ASSISI. The Trasimeno and Bolsena lakes are also very close.

Beautiful spot in Tuscany!

Lovely Italian house with spacious rooms, furnished with care. Modern bathroom. Beautiful views from the bedrooms and bathroom over the surrounding hills! Spacious private garden with a nice dining area and sun loungers. Large and well-maintained swimming pool, spacious lawn all around with several sun loungers for your own use. Quiet location on a beautiful and secluded hillside between olive groves, vineyards and cypress trees. The grounds and pool are shared with the guests of some smaller apartments; this was not a nuisance, everyone enjoys the peace. Pleasant communication with Anna, who is easily accessible and lives 15 minutes away. We enjoyed our week; recommended!
