Ok for overnight

I had read some of the reviews and booked with a little trepidation but needn't have worried. This is a budget hotel so you shouldn't expect too much. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and everything worked, althogh it is due a refit, some fittin6g a little worn. It was vey quiet even though full of french workmen. The receptionist was welcoming and efficient.

Good location close to restaurants

Booked a double bed room online but when I checked into my room i had been given a twin bed and bunk room. Disappointed to find food waste behind the door and the desk chair only had three legs! Plus the bunk bed was held together with a bungee cord. Shame about these things as it's a good location and value for money.

Stayed as an overnight between Normandy and Cognac. Was just perfect for a night stay on our roadtrip.

adequate sleepng space

This "no frill's" approach to accomodation is adequate as long as you only need a space to change and shower and sleep only. it does not allow space to relax and the dark and almost claustrophobic space does not mean it is a space to relax after a long day, or between coming and going. simply a functional room at an average price. I have stayed in better.

Poussière, pince à cheveux sous le lit., Traces douteuses sur le couvre-lit et le linoléum. Bonde de douche sale, évacuation presque bouchée, traces de savon et de poils. Pas d'accrochage du pommeau de douche. Mitigeur de douche à la Pierre Richard : baisse brutale de température dès que le voisin ouvre sa douche. Literie correcte.

Si vous cherchez un hotel en collocation avec des araignées c'est la bonne adresse ! Petit déjeuner très bien Accueil on dirait dire bonjour ça leur coût un bras. Hôtel à rénover complètement... Demandez à vérifier l'état des chambres avant paiement. C'est un conseil ! Il y a des chambres correct d'autres dans un état lamentable. Si vous avez eu une chambre correct franchement c'est un hotel avec un bon rapport prix/qualité.. J'ai essayé d'être honnête dans mes avis.

Au-delà de la grande vétusté de l'établissement, les chambres sont très sales des odeurs d'égout et de moisi .Lorsque je suis arrivée et que j'ai constaté l'état de ma réservation, une deuxième chambre m'a été attribuée. A l'identique, les murs étaient tâchés, ainsi que le dessus de lit ; l'eau du lavabo et de la douche ne s'écoulait pas, une pataugeoire. Le matin du 1er jour de mon séjour, il n'y avait plus rien pour le petit déjeuner. Devant mon mécontentement et celui des autres estivants, une personne a décongelé en catastrophe du pain et fait du café. Les autres estivants sont partis sans prendre leur petit déjeuner et en réclamant le remboursement de celui-ci. Nous avons demandé à voir le responsable, sans succès. Les deux employées à l'accueil ont fait ce qu'elles pouvaient, mais elles étaient complètement dépassées par la situation. Je considère que la direction de l'établissement maltraite le personnel en place et c'est inacceptable. Cet établissement devrait être fermé ; les règles d'hygiène ne sont pas conformes.
