HOUSE QUIET, COMFORTABLE, LUMINOUS
Ideally located in Cesson Sévigné, the house very comfortable and bright, has everything waiting for a pleasant stay. Only a few minutes from the center of Rennes, access is very easy. A living room with sofa, coffee table has television, stereo, with view on the garden without opposite, windows and electrical store. The open kitchen, has hob, fridge, oven, coffee machines, microwave, and crockery and cooking utensils. A large table with four chairs allows you to eat. The room with a king-size bed, a TV, a wardrobe, has bay window and electric awning The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a sink-mirror, and a large bath. The wooden terrace leads directly to the living room and has a table with four chairs and umbrella. The garden beautifully wooded and not overlooked completes the whole.
