Otelde 3gece 4 gün ailemle konakladik. Maalesef bazı aksaklıklar yaşadık, havuz merdiveni kırılmıştı, duşakabinden su sızdı, televizyon kumandamiz yoktu, kahvaltıda her gün aynı yiyecekler vardi (kahvaltı için ekstra ücreti olmayan seçeneğiniz; omlet/sahanda yumurta/ haşlama yumurta). Kahvaltı da bir gün farklı sıcak bir gün farklı sıcak servis yapilabilirdi diye dusunmekteyiz. Otelin sahipleri kesinlikle bu sorunları çözmek için ilgili davrandılar. Hizmet ve servis oldukça güler yüzlü, anlayışlı ve ilgililer hangi konu olursa olsun özveriyle yaklaştılar. Odalar ve toplu kullanım alanları tertemiz, çocukların olmasına rağmen odalardan ses yalıtımının olduğunu düşünüyorum.Klima odamızi soğutmak icin yeterliydi.ortalama bir tatil geçirdik diyebilirim.

Konumu kolay, merkeze yürüme mesafesinde, odalar temiz ve ferah, kahvaltı gayet lezzetli ve güzeldi. Butik otel de aranan tüm rahatlık ve konfora sahipti. Tam bir fiyasko

Otel fotoğraflardan çok farklı. Kesinlikle yazılan puanını haketmiyor. Bizim için tam bir hayal kırıklığı. Aile işletmesi deniliyor ama sorunlu insanlar işletiyor. Oteli beğenmediğimi öğrenen işletmeciler neredeyse bizi otelden kovacaklardı. Kazara giderseniz sakın belli etmeyin. Avm’nin arka depo kapısına bitişik bir otel ve çöp kokusu ve havalandırma sesi eksik olmuyor. Lokasyon merkeze uzak, çarşıya 10 dakika yürümek zorundasınız. Mahalle arasında vasat bir otel.

İzmir’e gelen herkese tavsiye ediyoruz. Otel çok güzel ve çok temizdi. Pandemi döneminde bile rahatlıkla konaklayabildik. Önünden geçen dolmuşlar ile ulaşım imkanı çok kolay. Çeşme Çarşı’ya çok yakın. Güler yüzü ve ilgisi için Derya Hanım’a teşekkürler :)

İki çocuklu bir aile olarak 4 gece konakladığımiz otelin konumu çeşme merkeze yuruyus mesafesinde, alışveris için marketler hemen yakininda yer alıyordu. Odaların temizliği gunluk yapıldı ayrıca covid için de gerekli tedbirler alınmıştı, hijyen sorunu yaşamadık, havuzu gayet temizdi cocuklarla guzel vakıt gecirdık ve otelin sahiplerinin güler yüzlü olması da hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadan tatilimizi bitirmemizi sagladı,, Tesekkürler Giritlim Butik otel ailesi...
