Temizlik konusunda ve odadaki malzemeler konusunda eksikleri vardı. hotels.com'dan rezervasyon yaptığımız ve parasını bir gün önceden ücretini ödediğimiz odanın fiyatının aslında bu olmadığı konusunda ithilafa düşüldü bu da canımızı sıktı. Bu durum sanıyorum hizmete de yansıdı odayı 14:00'te değil 15:30'da alabildik, ayrıca temizlik ve odanın eksikleri olduğunu gördük. Fiyatına göre oldukça vasat bulduk. Belki bizim fiyat konusuna özel bir durum olabilir. İyi olarak söyleyebileceğim şey merkezi bir yerde.

Ved næsten ikke hvad jeg skal skrive af positivt. Kan starte med indtjekning hvor vi får afvide vi kan tjekke ind kl 14 og vi var ved hotellet kl 15, hvor vi får afvide værelset ikke er klar endnu, så tænker vi fint vi går en tur i byen og hvor lidt at drikke også kommer vi tilbage kl 17 hvor værelsen stadig ikke var klar. Vi venter der så går der 10-15 min er værelsen klar. Ok fin værelse, lugter lidt af indelukket men fin til pengene. Så starter mareridtet det er over 35 grader derude og klimaet virker ikke. Vi spørger personalet og de ved ikke noget, de ringer til hotel ejeren og vi får afvide der er nogen som skal komme og lave den, men der kom ingen.. Vi overlevede første nat, dagen efter spørger vi en ung medarbejder som åbenbart er ejerens datter og hun ringer til sin mor og der hører vi at den slet ikke har virket i flere dage og de lover den bliver lavet idag, vi tænker fint spiser en god morgenmad og tar i byen hele dagen. Om aften når vi vender tilbage er der ingen personale og vi går en på værelset og det virker stadig ikke, vi er 2 voksne og 3 børn det kan virkelig ikke være rigtigt, går ud for at se om jeg kan finde en, møde jeg vagten og spørger hvorfor klimaet ikke er lavet hvor han bagefter ringer lige ejerene og får afvide der åbenbart mangler en del som skal komme fra et helt andet by.. Så tænker jeg hvis man ved det er i stykker kan man i det mindste hente en blæser eller mini to to klima anlæg.. 2 nætter med 3 børn var en mareridt.

We weren’t spending much time in the hotel but it was a nice and calm place to stay. Small but a comfortable room. Breakfast was really good as well.
