Transparenz des Hotels lässt zu fragen übrig. Das Hotel verfügt über eine zentrale Lüftungsanlage (KEINE KLIMAANLAGE), sodass alle Zimmer abends wärmer sind, als die Aussentemperatur. Zimmertemperatur war konstant mindestens 28 Grad. Gebucht hatten wir für 4 Tage ein Loftzimmer. Diesen „Aufenthalt“ mussten wir voller Schrecken nach 2 tagen abbrechen. Die Hygienischen Zustände sind nicht akzeptabel. Das Hotelpersonal bewohnt selber das Hotel. Zu dem Personal bewohnen auch 2 ausgewachsene Hunde das Hotel. Wer Angst vor Hunden hat, oder aus Hygienischen Gründen nicht will das die Hunde in der Küche rumrennen, der sollte das Hotel vermeiden. Zustand und Ausstattung des Zimmer war erschreckend schlecht. Überall gab es grössere Mängel, von Türen die sich nicht schliessen lassen, zu fehlendem Equipment wir Wasserkocher und Gläser. Das Frühstück wurde serviert und war kein Büffet. Die Auswahl ist recht begrenzt, aber trifft sicherlich die Gaumen gewisserer Kunden. Keine Sonnmöglichkeit im Hotel, da die Sonne (nur zur hälfte) den Pool oder die begrenzten Liegemöglichkeit bestrahlt hat. Die Sonneneinstrahlung ist bis max. 13-14 Uhr vorhanden und dann ist man nur noch im Schatten. Das Personal hat sich zwar bemüht Wünsche zu erfüllen, dennoch waren alle Fehlerhaften Dinge bewusst und man hat dennoch versucht es schön zu reden, bzw. die Schuld für die „Klimaanlage“ dem Gast zuzuwerfen. Stärkere Verschmutzungen im Bad und Mobiliar. ACHTUNG! Finger weg vom Hotel!!
