The hotel was clean and everyone was freindly, however we were a group of 3 and only 2 blanket’s and 2 pillows was ready in the room, we had to ask for these items. Ask for extra pillows but did not provide

Friendly place on the edge of a beautiful old town

Lovely friendly staff, couldn't have been more helpful. The room was comfortable and the front of the building looks much better than the photo! A short stroll into town to a good selection of bars and restaurants with excellent food. We thought it would be easy to get a table on a Sunday evening. BIG mistake! The whole town seems to be out, so best to book.

Business trip. Excellent luxury room. Near the Town Centre, not great surroundings. Lovely friendly staff, very helpful. Rainforest-style shower in large clean bathroom. Will definitely use again.

Wir haben für 3200 Kronen reserviert und im Hotel wurden 3900 Kronen abgerechnet. Zudem alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer sehr mittelmäßig, unter dem Bett wurde wohl schon einige Wochen nicht gereinigt. Der Bettbezug war eingerissen. Frühstück war ok, aber mit Luft nach Oben. Es gab nicht einmal gekockte Eier. Für dieses Preis-Leistungs-Verhältniss absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Besonders wegen der extra Kosten die Plötzlich im Hotel aufgetauch waren.

Leider war eine Sauna nicht wie in der Hotelbeschreibung zugänglich, alles ist im Nachbar Haus mit Anmeldung. Das Personal sorgt selbst für unnötigen Lärm indem sie ihre Office Tür zu knallen lassen was man bis in die Zimmer hört!Frühstück war entsprechend der Kategorie, Parkplatz gegen Gebühr.

Tohle je 3hvězda

Ten hotel je snad začarovaný. Už při příjezdu mi navigace naváděla k hotelu, ale do jednosměrky, takže až na druhý pokus jsem dojel. Parkoviště mají "podzemní" - v pořádku. Pokoj jsem si vybral Deluxe, ale moc nebyl. Malá televize, bez minibaru a kávovaru, vana bez zástěny, takže voda na podlaze po sprchování - už je to dost vidět na dveřích:(. Při výběru hotelu jsem si zaškrtnul snídaně v ceně a wellness. Wellness v ceně nebylo a navíc ani nepatří hotelu, takže ho máte na druhém účtě. Když jsem dorazil na snídani, tak byla sklizená s tím, že nejsem na sjetině:) Tak snídani znovu připravili.

Super střešní bar

Super bar na střešní terase hotelu, jen škoda, že nemají nic malého k jídlu. Pěkný, čistý hotel, krásné pokoje - jediná nevýhoda je, že na pokoji není lednice. Velmi příjemná obsluha.
