The room is ok and clean. Communication with the tenant is also fine. A few things are not as advertised. See view is really limited and accessible only from the small terrace. Shower has a large paddle but te water flow is so limited that is not possible to actually use it. Providing no soap is ok but toilet paper should be there, I guess. In other words the property is fine for a long stay for a small family but not really suitable for a short "hassle free" stay.
