In Costa Verde, more precisely in the municipality of Cervione (Prunete), the villa is 40 km from the port of Bastia, 25 km from the airport, less than 2 hours from the main points of attraction on the island , and enjoys a strategic position on the eastern coast of Corsica.

The condominium residence offers a large swimming pool with deckchairs and parasols (open from May to September) and 2 tennis courts. The house can accommodate up to 8 people, with a private, fully fenced garden and a shaded terrace with garden furniture.
The residence allows direct access to the beach.

Bedroom 1 on the ground floor (1 bed 160 x 200). Bedroom 2 upstairs (1 bed 160 x 190). Mezzanine (1 sofa bed and 2 bunk beds). Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room.

First Class experience

The property was perfect for us, it was clean and tidy and Celine and her family were very welcoming, we loved the personal touch of the welcome pack including local produce and useful information for our visit. If we return to Corsica we would stay here again. Thank you for making us feel welcome.

Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus am Meer verbracht. Es gibt rein gar nichts, das wir bemĂ€ngeln könnten. Schon ein paar Tage vor unserer Anreise haben wir detaillierte Infos bekommen und auch eine Wegbeschreibung als Video. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von CĂ©line und Matthieu empfangen. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und hat sogar 3 separate Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage. Der eigene wunderbare Garten ist gerade mit kleinen Kindern toll. Der Weg zum Strand, zum Pool, zum Tennis ist nur wenige Minuten lang. Es gibt sogar einen Sonnenschirm, 2 StrandstĂŒhle, TennisschlĂ€ger und -bĂ€lle und viele Dinge mehr, die man sich ausleihen kann. Auch fĂŒr Kinder sind viele Spielsachen vorhanden. Wir sagen Danke fĂŒr den angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Entspannung pur!

Vielen Dank an die netten Hausbesitzer ,wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen im Haus am Meer verbracht.Das Objekt ist schöner noch, als auf den Fotos.Viele Dinge sind aktuell nochmals verschönert...so wie eine tolle Markise ĂŒber der schön gestalteten Terasse!Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer, jedes thematisch gestaltet.Die Lage ist ideal , nur ein paar Schritte zum Meer.Supermarkt und ein toller BĂ€cker fusslĂ€ufig.Schöner Weg ca.2min zum Hafen.Die Gastgeber sind ganz reizend und fĂŒhrsorglich.Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und wĂŒrden dieses Haus uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen.Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Ein toller Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus

Als Familie sind wir diesen Sommer zu fĂŒnft nach Korsika gefahren und haben uns diese Unterkunft ausgesucht. Im Vorfeld hat uns besonders die NĂ€he zum Strand und die Lage auf Korsika begeistert. DarĂŒber hinaus hat uns nach der Buchung bereits im Vorfeld der Reise sehr gefreut, wie freundlich und aufmerksam die Gastgeberin war, um sicherzustellen, dass uns im Urlaub nichts fehlt. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet! In jedem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage und ein Fernseher (im Wohnzimmer auch mit Set-Top-Box, worĂŒber viele deutsche Sender empfangbar sind.). Die KĂŒche ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet mit Backofen Mikrowelle KĂŒhlschrank mit Gefrierfach, SpĂŒlmaschine, einer Senseo Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, scharfen(!) KĂŒchenmessern und so weiter. Das WLAN war ebenfalls sehr gut, und eine Waschmaschine ist auch da! Die Terrasse war auch sehr schön, mit Grill, genĂŒgend Sitzgelegenheiten zum Essen oder zum gemĂŒtlichen Sitzen im GrĂŒnen. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefĂŒhlt und können das Haus uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin Mme Vareille!

Alles super!

Das Ferienhaus war sehr interessant und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert. Die KĂŒche war komplett eingerichtet und alles in ausreichendem Umfang vorhanden. Absolut zum Weiterempfehlen.

Urlaub auf Corsika

Wir als Familie mit drei Kindern haben eine schöne Zeit in dem schönen Haus gehabt! Um uns herum waren wenige HĂ€user noch bewohnt ( Ende September )daher alles sehr ruhig und entspannt! Kurzer Weg zum Meer, BĂ€ckerei und Lebensmittel GeschĂ€ft um die Ecke! Haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt!

Great times at the "Maison de la mer"

We spent 4 weeks as a family of four with two small boys in the house in Prunete. The house is beautiful and really well equipped so you have all the convenience of your home. The garden is beautiful and the outdoor shower is great after the beach. Our boys loved how close it was to the beach and pool and there is additional entertainment from the nearby campsite. Celine and Matthieu (the hosts) are super friendly and responsive. I broke the stove by mistake and they came the following day to install a new one end ensure there wasn't any danger to anyone. While there is a little noise sometimes from the animation on the campsite it didn't bother us or the kids and it's max a couple of hours a day. We can only recommend the house and everyone who wants to get some time to relax with the family without the need for lots of driving.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und wirklich schön eingerichtet. Die KĂŒche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Überhaupt fehlt es an nichts in dem Haus. Es gibt bequeme Betten. Die Terrasse ist mit unterschiedlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt nur ein paar Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Einziger Minuspunkt sind die vielen Regeln am Pool, durch welche man sich mit Kindern nicht wirklich willkommen fĂŒhlt. Hat aber nichts mit dem Haus oder der Vermieterin zu tun. Wir haben einfach den Strand genutzt.

Merveilleux

Wir waren zu fĂŒnft 2 Wochen in Prunete. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und liegt ideal fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in alle Richtungen. Die Kinder haben im Obergeschoss ein eigenes Reich mit separater chill-out-Area. Rund um Cervione gibt es viele Wandermöglichkeiten fĂŒr kurze oder lĂ€ngere Touren. Der nah am Haus liegende Strand hat uns alle begeistert, hier kann man weit ins Meer gehen ohne dass es tief wird. Celine ist ein wunderbarer Host und wir waren sehr traurig diese Paradies wieder verlassen zu mĂŒssen.

Super geeignet fĂŒr Urlaub mit der Familie

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, gut ausgestattet, nette Gastgeber. Tolle Lage ca. 5 min vom Strand. Direkt vor dem Haus ist das Restaurant Campo Mare mit sehr gutem Restaurant und nebenan befindet sich ein campingplatz mit großem Spielplatz direkt hinter dem Strand. Das einzige was etwas störend war, war die laute animation vom benachbartem Campingplatz. Alles in allem aber perfekt fĂŒr Familien - absolute empfehlung.

Zwei Wochen Erholung

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt, die NĂ€he zum Strand ist unschlagbar, selten ein so sauberes Ferienhaus gesehen, auch die Textilien und Betten waren voll in Ordnung. KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist fĂŒr GroßstĂ€dter wir uns ein Traum. Celine ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.

Tolles Ferienhaus!

Wir haben Ende Mai mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern zwei Wochen in CĂ©lines Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat alles, was man fĂŒr einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Die Ausstattung ist super und es ist sehr sauber. Der Garten und die NĂ€he zum Meer mit dem schönen Spielplatz waren fĂŒr uns perfekt. Schönes Ferienhaus, strandnah und komfortabel!

Wir haben eine Woche (Mitte Oktober) in dem sauberen, schön eingerichteten Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Zwei Badezimmer und eine Dusche draußen (fĂŒr sandige FĂŒĂŸe vom Strand) sind vorhanden. Insgesamt haben wir rein gar nichts vermisst. Im Gegenteil: es standen sogar ein paar korsische SpezialitĂ€ten als Willkommensgeschenk bereit! Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war sehr unkompliziert und nett. Jegliche Fragen wurden (sogar auf englisch) beantwortet. Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreicht man den Strand, der zu dieser Jahreszeit total leer ist. Das, und das noch schöne Wetter (meistens ca 20 Grad) haben wir genossen! Ein BĂ€cker sowie ein Supermarkt sind ebenfalls fusslĂ€ufig erreichbar (ca. 10 Min.) Die Gegend ist sehr schön. Man ist nicht nur schnell am Strand, sondern auch in den Bergen, wo man wunderbar wandern kann. Beispielsweise gibt es einen schönen Wasserfall zu entdecken. FĂŒr Kinder ist auch die nahe gelegene Eselfarm (la ferme aux Anes) sehr schön, wo man auf den Tieren reiten kann. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort- wir möchten gerne wiederkommen!!

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil

Wir haben den Urlaub in Prunete in Celines Haus als Familie sehr genossen! Das Haus war ideal fĂŒr uns und unsere kleine Enkeltochter mit 2 Jahren. FĂŒr sie gab es sogar einen extra Spielbereich im Haus mit tollen Spielsachen... . Das Haus selber ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, so dass wir uns auch von der Seite sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt haben. Der Weg zum sehr schönen Strand betrug nur ca. 5 min, so dass wir fast jeden Tag dort das Meer geniessen konnten. In Ă€hnlicher Entfernung gab es einen schönen Pool, der sowohl zum Schwimmen fĂŒr uns Erwachsene als auch fĂŒr unsere Enkelin gut geeignet war. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt SEHR genossen. Vielleicht einzige kleine Anmerkung: Von ca. 20.00 bis 22.00 uhr spielt auf dem Campingplatz nebenan eine Band zur Unterhaltung fĂŒr die Campingbewohner. Aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man das nicht und unser Enkelkind konnte gut schlafen.

Sehr schönes kleines HĂ€uschen, nah am Strand. Die Vermieter Matthieu und Celine sind sehr nett, ein herzlicher Empfang mit einem Willkommenspaket. Alles war sehr unkompliziert. Superbe séjour

L'accueil reçu était trÚs chaleureux, on s'est tout de suite senti les bienvenus ! La maison est parfaite, joliment aménagée, calme, le jardin est agréable. La piscine de la résidence est trÚs bien entretenue et la plage est à deux pas. En un mot, on a passé une semaine idéale et je ne peux que recommander un séjour dans "la maison de la mer" ! ;-)

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Objekt war genau wie beschrieben und ist wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir wurden von CĂ©line empfangen und es wurde uns alles genau erklĂ€rt. Wir haben ein nettes Willkommensgeschenk bekommen. Eine Mappe mit Tipps und Beschreibungen ist ebenfalls da. CĂ©line war immer zu erreichen und hat uns noch wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Die NĂ€he zum Meer, Pool, Tennis super und toll. Wir wĂŒrden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder nehmen. Vielen Dank fĂŒr alles CĂ©line

Rien Ă  dire sauf peut-ĂȘtre parfait !!! La maison est superbe, joliment dĂ©corĂ©e, parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e, situĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© de la mer et dans une rĂ©sidence trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre. CĂ©line la propriĂ©taire est trĂšs sympathique, et le cadeau de bienvenue est trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©. A recommander +++++
