On a 15,000 m² forested property, you have access to many hiking trails, waterfalls, and the mountains. Free on-site parking, with electric vehicle charging available for an extra fee.



The villa has two accommodations, each with a private outdoor area and sea and island views:



- Nucciola, a cozy 48 m² apartment for 2 to 4 guests,

- Castagna, a 78 m² house for 4 to 6 guests (first floor), with equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and balcony with sea view. Private spa available May to September.
