This charming terraced house benefits from a great location just 70 meters from the fine sandy beach Prunete. It stands in an enclosed garden with a sunny terrace for many beautiful moments from spring to autumn. 500 m away there is a supermarket, and in just a few minutes walk you can reach the nearest beach restaurants. Not far away you can stroll through Cervione. This charming mountain village is famous for its hazelnuts. A little further north, the two towns of Aléria and Bastia, steeped in history, attract visitors. Sporty vacationers will also find their happiness here: diving, sailing, horseback riding as well as wonderful walks or bike rides through the unique nature of the island.
