Struttura nuova, camere troppo piccole, adatte per una notte non per una vacanza. L’hotel ha già chiuso e riapre solo per fine settimana. Sevizio bici sospeso....peccato perché è lontano dal centro e venivano comode.

Mi hanno chiamato un paio di giorni prma dall'Hotel Caraibi informandomi che a causa di un imprevisto lavoro di manutenzione l'hotel sarebbe stato chiuso per la notte che avevo prenotato. Mi hanno comunque "dirottato" su un altro hotel nelle vicinanze e della stessa categoria. Nessun problema quindi, direi un buon servizio e problema risolto tempestivamente

Ben posizionato, tranquillo e pulito, struttura che ha subito una recente ristrurturazione e personale giovane e gentile. Stanze molto fredde, la prima delle nostre tre notti è stata difficile da superare essendo le mura ed il pavimento freddissimo lo split ad aria per quanto efficiente non è riuscito ad abbattere il freddo pungente, le altre due notti sono andate bene. Consiglio che mi sento di dare alla struttura è di accendere il riscaldamento fin dalla mattina del ceck in e di inserire un elemento riscaldante in bagno. Stanze poco insonorizzate, si sentono i rumori delle altre stanze. Purtroppo ascensore fuori servizio ed eravamo al quarto piano ...., sappiamo che camminare fa bene quindi per noi nessun problema ma chi non può camminare ?

Pessima esperienza

L’hotel era davvero carino ma è stato davvero un soggiorno difficile. la camera era tiepida, il bagno freddo e la sala colazioni freddissima. ho fatto presente per due volte alla reception ma non ci è stata proposta alcuna soluzione. La reception ha risposto che la donna delle pulizie aveva chiuso la porta del bagno e quindi il bagno era freddo per questo. ho dovuto aprire l’acqua bollente della doccia per scaldare il bagno ma ovviamente la condensa è rimasta sulle mattonelle. la mattina a colazione abbiamo dovuto indossare il cappotto, così come gli altri ospiti, a causa del freddo nella sala.
