Stunning Property ideal for couple or small family

We had a fantastic week at Villa Eda, an immaculate property that exceeded our expectations, apart from the lack of a hand whisk in the kitchen. Despite the heat wave with temperatures in the high 30s to low 40s, the efficient air conditioning kept us comfortable. The property’s isolation was perfect for us, although the 10-minute drive on an uneven gravel track requires a car with good suspension. The small pool and outdoor kitchen were wonderful, and collecting fresh eggs from the chickens was a bonus. Eda was a wonderful hostess, and her parting gifts were extremely generous. We highly recommend this dog-friendly villa, though our springer spaniel did manage to escape through the bars in the fencing, which we still find incredible. We would love to return to this wonderful villa. Thank you Eda.

Fantastic hospitality, immaculately clean, comfortable, well equipped in an outstanding setting

Eda could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Her attention to detail and facilities are second to none. The setting is incredibly beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Ideal base for cycling or walking and not too far from all of the amazing sights, history and culture that Istria has to offer. A car is essential and drivers that are not fazed by the unmade road to the villa! We had a truly wonderful honeymoon and will be returning next year for our first anniversary to explore this incredible, diverse and unspoilt area further and partake of villa Eda's many delights, not least waking up to that view every day!

We loved it so much last year we booked to come back and it was definitely a good decision. Stunning setting, lovely, immaculately clean villa, wonderful host that greeted us like long lost friends. Erholung Pur

Wir waren nur zu zweit mit Hund und suchten Ruhe und Erholung. Das haben wir zu 100 % gefunden. Die Lage ist einmalig. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gemütlich, wir haben uns sofort Wohl gefühlt. Aber der Hammer ist die Eigentümerin Eda. eine ganz, ganz liebe Frau die sich um uns gekümmert hat, als gehörten wir zur ihrer Familie. Vielen lieben Dank Eda wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

A very relaxing stay

Very nice little farmhouse with a private pool. Eda is a great host, very friendly and accommodating. She brought us home made jam and local white wine. The house is a great starting point to visit cities nearby, like Triest, Rovinj or Koper (all about a 50-60 km drive away from the house)

Ein Kleinod der Ruhe - die Villa Eda

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Istrien. Auch wenn das Meer weit weg war, haben wir uns in Edas Villa unheimlich wohl gefühlt. Ein tolles Haus, das mit Liebe geführt wird. Eine Gastgeberin, die alles tut, dass man sich zuhause fühlt. Die unglaubliche Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit haben uns super gefallen. Der Pool ist ein Highlight. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Dieses Haus liegt super in mitten der vielen Berge sehr abgelegen und ein toller Ort um einfach mal die Ruhe zu genießen ☺️ Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist etwas holprig und das einzige was es zum aussetzen gäbe! Ansonsten gerne wieder, danke liebe Eda für alles und die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten 👌

Traumhafte Lage und Haus Anreise zum Haus sehr schwierig nur über sehr steilen Schotterweg

Das Haus liegt traumhaft ruhig ohne Nachbarn. Sehr ruhig und der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist toll. Die Vermieterin ist auch wirklich super freundlich und herzlich. Es gab einige Gastgeschenke. Sehr liebevoll … Danke Eda.. 5 Sterne plus. Der einzige Nachteil ist die Anreise zu dem Haus. Diese ist nicht beschriftet und führt nur über einen schlechten und auch sehr steilen Feldweg, der auch noch ausgewaschen ist. Die Ausstattung in dem Haus ist super. Alles da was man braucht. Wir kommen wieder. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, ist da genau richtig.

Nach einer langen Anreise erwarte uns das Paradies auf Erden.Wie schon in denn anderen Bewertungen schon beschrieben bittet dieses Ferienhaus alles was eine 5 Sterne Bewertung verdient.Sei es die herzliche Begrüßung und die vielen kleinen Überraschungen das sehr gepflegte Haus der Garten der Pool und die Rundumbetreuung durch Eda .Wer seine Ruhe sucht wird diese auch hier bekommen und erst Mal diese Aussicht an der man sich gar nicht satt sehen kann.Wir können zu Recht sagen das es einer der schönsten Urlaube war die wir bis zu dieser Zeit hatten .Danke EDA für alles

Wonderful villa in a perfect environment

We had a great time in Istria with a perfect base at Villa Eda! Nearly everything in Istria can be reached within an hour, thus hard decisions every day… especially as there is always the option to “chill the base” :-) The silence except nature is incredible. And Eda is such a lovely host, we enjoyed all the little self-made fruits and gifts! Normally, we don’t go twice to the same location, but we would make an exception here!

Ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort

Die Villa Eda ist ein gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes, komfortables Ferienhaus und bietet durch seine idyllische Lage fernab des Tourismus-Trubels alles, was wir uns für einen erholsamen Urlaub gewünscht haben. Doch das Beste war unsere liebe Gastgeberin Eda! Sie hat nicht nur rücksichtsvoll und umsichtig den Pool regelmäßig gesäubert und geschaut, ob alles in Ordnung ist, sondern hat uns umsorgt mit lieben Gaben wie Marmelade, Schnäpschen und Gemüse. Von einem wunderbaren istrischen 3-Gänge-Menü, das Eda für uns gekocht hat, schwärmen wir immer noch! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und können dieses Feriendomizil sehr empfehlen.

Fantastic house on a very quiet place

Wonderful place with very nice views if you like peace like we do. The house has everything you need (although it wasn't guite clear for us from the website that everything was included in the price, like towels/bedlinnen/cleaning/etc., but it was all-in). Eda gave us a warm welcome. We saw 3 people (farmers) the whole week. Unfortunately, one of the chickens went to the chicken heaven during our stay, but the other 2 gave delicious eggs every day. There is only one wish and that is that the road to the house (1.6km) was a bit better. It's very stoney at some points with the slopes and we wish we had a suv/4x4. But Eda drove a Mini, so who are we to complain ;-)

Schöne Woche trotz Regen

Wir waren 1 Woche in der Villa Eda. Das Häuschen liegt einsam gelegen mit schönem Ausblick. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Leider hatten wir sehr viel Regen und dadurch war der Schotterweg auch schwer befahrbar. Ich hatte in der Woche Geburtstag und Eda kam vorbei und hat mir eine Torte mit persönlichem Gruß vorbeigebracht. Wir bekamen selbstgemachte Marmelade und auch den Wunsch unserer Tochter zum Friseur zu gehen hat Eda organisiert. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Woche in der Villa Eda!

Ruhe und Erholung pur

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier absolut richtig. Eda, die Vermieterin, ist sehr nett und hat uns mit vielen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und der Pool ist top gepflegt. Villa in absoluter Ruhe

Villa Eda liegt absolut abgelegen auf einem grünen Hügel, erreichbar über eine kurze Schotterpiste. Zum Einkaufen, Essen und andere Unternehmungen muss man mit dem Auto los, dafür bietet das Haus totale Entspannung. Die Villa ist top eingerichtet und hat auch eine schattige Terrasse am Pool. Dort kann man es prima aushalten! Nicht zuletzt ist Eda eine tolle Gastgeberin!

Traumhaftes Haus in traumhafter Gegend

Hier kann man einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen. Haus und Lage sind eigentlich noch schöner als beschrieben. Vor allem sorgt Eda die wunderbare Gastgeberin für alles was man benötigt und überraschte uns mehrfach mit Marmelade, Wein, Melone etc. (Danke Eda). Der Pool, die Gegend, der Ausblick, alles perfekt. Bestimmt einen weiteren Urlaub wert!

Es war ein sehr schöner, ruhiger Urlaub. Eda, die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, das es einem an nichts fehlt. Dank der Wegbeschreibung haben wir das Haus direkt gefunden. Der Schotterweg zum Haus wirkt abenteuerlich ist aber gut zu schaffen. Vom Haus aus haben Ausflüge an die Küste gemacht und haben jeden Abend eine andere schöne und sehr gute Konoba gefunden. Das Essen war immer sehr gut. Wer es ruhig mag ist dort bestens aufgehoben. Vielen Dank an Eda, die immer ansprechbar bei Fragen war, uns Marmelade gebracht und den Pool gereinigt hat. Selten ein so gepflegtes Haus mit Pool gehabt .

Irgendwo im Nirgendwo

Hier kann man richtig Urlaub zum Erholen und Entspannen machen. Die Villa bietet jede Annehmlichkeit die man sich wünschen kann und der Pool ist ein Traum. Wir haben einen 1 1/2 jährigen Schäferhund der den sozialen Kontakt erst noch lernen muss. Aber in Villa Eda war das kein Problem, da war ja weit und breit Niemand, so das wir alle richtig den Urlaub genießen konnten. Alles Tip Top 😍

Auch der zweite Besuch begeistert!

Wie die Überschrift sagt, waren wir jetzt das zweite Mal für eine Woche in der Villa Eda. Das Haus ist ein Traum! Die Beschreibung trifft voll zu, eher übertrifft das Haus die Beschreibung noch. Wir hatten bei der Anreise eine Autopanne und kamen deshalb erst einen Tag später im Haus an. Obwohl wir erst sehr spät eintrafen, war der Empfang mit einer Zucchinisuppe und Hähnchenfleisch mit Gries und Paprika überaus herzlich. Vielen lieben Dank dafür!! Das warme Essen hat nach der Odysee, bei der langen Anreise richtig gut getan. Das Haus samt Interieur lässt keine Wünsche offen. Für alle, die Ruhe suchen, ist die Lage des Hauses fantastisch. Man ist wirklich komplett ungestört und für sich allein. Wir sind in dieser Woche viel gewandert. Entweder direkt ab dem Haus oder in Buzet, Pazin oder in Grdoselo. Zwar waren die Wasserfälle meist versiegt, aber die Wege boten auch so jede Menge Abwechslung und Sachen zu entdecken. Leider mussten wir am Abreisetag bereits sehr früh los, weil wir unseren Mietwagen in Österreich tauschen mussten, aber auch das war kein Problem. Wir wurden am Vorabend mit einem kleinen Geschenk verabschiedet. Wir können die Villa Eda, allen, die die Natur lieben und Ruhe suchen, wirklich Wärmsteins empfehlen und werden sicher wieder kommen.
