House of the 19th century, this old farmhouse renovated in 2019 with a careful decoration is facing south. Facing the Luberon, it has a fantastic view, a large garden of more than 5000 m2 and a private heated swimming pool of 8,5m x 5m. This house is the original house of the Domaine de la Bastidonne in Céreste, on a total surface of 5 hectares. The property is very quiet and located 15 km from Apt (Vaucluse), the Colorado Provençal in Rustrel or the gorges of Oppedette, 25 km from Bonnieux, Ménerbes, Roussillon, Gordes, Goult, Forcalquier and Manosque, 60 km from Avignon, Aix en Provence and the Gorges du Verdon Ideally located in the heart of the Lavender fields to discover Provence, the markets, the cultural sites and to rest at the edge of the swimming pool with a panoramic view on the Luberon or to admire the starry sky of Haute-Provence. Numerous walks or mountain bike rides, GR at the top of the Luberon, remarkable villages : Montjustin, Viens, L'Isle-sur-Sorgue, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Simiane la Rotonde .... Cycle track Cavaillon / Forcalquier. Nearby Golf of Pierrevert at 20 km. Horse riding in Forcalquier.
Main house, Ground floor : 1 large living room with dining room and lounge, a fully equipped independent kitchen to allow you to prepare local products that you will have found on the Provencal markets nearby. 1 bedroom with 1 bed in 180x200 (bedding quality 4*) 1 bathroom with double washbasin, Italian shower and WC 1 independent WC. The first floor is air-conditioned which brings an additional comfort in full summer during the day. The nights are naturally fresh.
An interior staircase serves : 1 master suite on the garden floor with its own terrace: 1 bed 160 X 200 (4* hotel quality bedding), 1 adjoining bathroom with bathtub, 1 basin and WC, 1 dressing room.
The garden level includes in addition : 1 master suite (exposed stone walls) with its independent entrance to the south including 1 bed in 180 by 200 (very comfortable, hotel quality 4*) 1 adjoining shower room with shower, basin and WC. 1 room with its independent entry in the south including 2 beds in 90x200 (very comfortable, hotel quality 4*) and 1 contiguous shower-room with shower, basin and WC. These 2 rooms can be communicating. Very good bedding. (Not really suitable for small children because of the access from the outside) 1 small desk with a comfortable chair completes this set.

Fenced swimming pool (8,5mx5m), open from April to mid-October and generally heated from May 1st to the end of September depending on the weather.

The garden of the Bastide 1830 is not fenced, animals are not allowed. The whole property is very quiet, we are looking for peaceful vacationers. No parties or noise after 10pm.
This house is very pleasant to be inhabited by a couple who uses the entire first floor and possibly a room downstairs, consult us for rates.
The property includes on a second part: 3 farmhouses for rent and 1 shared swimming pool as well as a petanque and badminton court. If you live at La Bastide 1830, you will have access to the petanque and badminton courts.
We live a little further away on the property, without any opposite with the Mas and we have our own swimming pool. We will be available to inform you about the possibilities offered by the region, the good addresses, the ballades...
