We booked a suite but at check in we were told that all the suites were full so were given basic double room with no bathtub. We were given very little information at check in as none of the staff spoke good english. We never received complimentary mineral water as promised in booking. They don't leave fresh towels in your room either we had to go look for some from the cleaner.

Sleep under a bridge - it's more comfortable

From the moment we tried to walk into the hotel lobby and the door was locked, I knew there was going to be issues! After finally walking around the back of the hotel to at least find a person/door open, we walked into the lobby to no-one. When someone finally appeared, he gave us a room key and asked for our passports to keep. He placed them in the cubbie, behind the desk and said we can get them when we leave...I said not a chance are you leaving my passport out in the open and requested them back. Once finally in the room, the ac was off, no lights in the hallway and stained towels in the bathroom "due to a leak under the sink"( it's like they were nickel and diming on saving money). If you would like a bad back after 4 nights, book this joint...next time (which there wont be) I choose to sleep on the floor because I know the floor would be much more comfortable! If you have ever seen an episode of Fawlty Towers, this was it! On the plus side, Maria seemed to be the only person doing everything. She made up our room, served breakfast, made coffee and pretty much was on hand for us (we were the only people there). I'm actually wondering how Expedia allows this hotel on their platform?

L'albergo è molto bello, anche le camere non male, sull'accoglienza appena sufficiente. Un consiglio, prima di prenotare chiedete se ci sono matrimoni in quei giorni perché io fino alle 2 non sono riuscito a chiudere occhio per il casino che facevano al piano terra, con tanto di dj e fuochi d'artificio.

Struttura imponente e bellissima infatti spesso vi si organizzano ricevimenti per matrimoni e altro. La suite prenotata era grandissima e carina. Posizione strategica a 15 minuti di auto da Trebisacce e vicina anche al Parco del Pollino. Personale gentile e cortese.

Soggiorno 10 notti in Suite in HB. Gestione familiare con cordialità e disponibilità. Camera bellissima con salotto balconcino e idromassaggio. Cene e colazioni un po piccole come quantità ma di qualità. Pulizia ovunque. Ampio parcheggio. Area piscina pulita e fai da te per lettini. Villa con cerimonie tutti i giorni!!! Ottima struttura nel complesso da tenere come riferimento per le vacanze in zona. CONSIGLIATO.

Vacanza in Calabria

Hotel favoloso già atrio ti colpisce con quella stupenda fontana che la sera si illumina di blu, incantevole la piscina e così pure le camere dotate di tutti i confort, personale qualificato molto disponibile e gentile cucina di buon livello dove ogni giorno si può scegliere un menù con almeno tre varietà a scelta , posizione strategica dove a 5 minuti si possono visitare le terme grotta delle ninfe o a 10 km circa Villapiana Lido ti riserva numerosi lidi attrezzati o a discrezione spiaggia libera, sempre nei dintorni c'è Sibari con le sue stupende spiagge. Comunque una bella vacanza in una stupenda location gestita da una splendida famiglia dove sin dal primo momento ti fa sentire a proprio agio e come se ci conoscessimo da molto tempo, come un amico cordiali e gentili , sicuramente da ritornarci

Excellent hôtel

Excellent hôtel. Nous avons profité de la très grande piscine à l'eau de mer et de l'accès à la mer. Les restaurants offrent une bonne cuisine italienne. Le service est courtois et discret. Nos chambres étaient très confortables et propres.
