I absolutely loved this property! It is an adorable little inn with so much character and charm! You sign up for a time slot for the outdoor hot tub so you have it all to yourself :) And the 24/7 free tea, coffee, and hot cocoa is a great plus! The staff were lovely, and made sure we had a breakfast to our liking each morning. Best of all, this inn is right off the Killington Access Road, making the mountain and all of the restaurants and nightlife super accessible! We will be back for sure!
Great weekend getaway. Would definitely stay here again.
The property is super cute and quaint! I would definitely come back!
The proximity to Killington is good. The facility is worn, the beds not Queen as advertised, beds are hard, light from parking lot shines in windows and no black out shades, owner runs the place more like a detention center than a hotel where rooms off season cost $260 a night. Rip off!
Stayed 1 night after hiking Killington , the owners and staff were very helpful in recommending dinner and a day 2 experience. We will definitely be back.
You stay at an Inn to enjoy the comfort and relaxation of a warm fire and friendly hosts. Not here. Day to day operation is managed by a twenty-something couple. While the wife was charming and welcoming, her husband was unaccommodating and rude. The inn itself is bit worn and the accommodations do not comport with the hefty price tag. But it was the lack of customer service focus and surly attitude of the male host that were most disappointing. We arrived to find a nice fire going in the lounge area. Perhaps the nicest feature of the inn. I woke early the next morning, and had an hour to kill before my kids were awake and ready to ski. A morning fire would have been really nice. Even though I offered to build it myself, I was told no. Too much trouble as guests would be leaving to go skiing. The Inn was full, and I'm sure everyone would have appreciated a fire going at breakfast. Maybe midweek with an empty hotel you wouldn't want to bother, but certainly the minimal effort to have a fire would be well worth it with a full compliment of guests on a prime winter weekend. A simple request to dry my daughter's ski gloves was denied. And, my other daughter was chastized when the free-ranging inn dog followed her outside while she was loading the car. Avoid this place. Unpleasant and uncomfortable experience.
My husband and I went to Killington, VT to hit the slopes early December, 2017, lucky for us we got snow. This place is wonderful and cozy inn located about a 5-7 min drive from Killington Mountain. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I loved the lobby area as it had a nice fireplace to sit and in the morning you had gorgeous light coming in through windows. They have a hot tub on the deck. Shuttle bus to the MT is 1 min walking distance. Also, walking distance to a good sushi place and also the wobbly barn (great food but expensive) and the Liquid coffee place. Only complaint is that the mattress was hard but other than that a great place. I would definitely come back

We are sorry you were dissatisfied with your accommodations. I can assure you our beds are a standard queen size, parking lot lights are mandatory by law and insurance and if you stayed in one of our suites your rate would be higher than our normal rates this time of year which start at $101-$123/night. We will take your comments into consideration to unsure the comfort of future guests.
Thank you.

Thanks for your feedback. Glad to hear that you will be finding somewhere else to stay next time you are in Killington. Sorry that you aren't able to take no for an answer. I would recommend taking your attention away from your phone, and on to your family to realize that they needed dry gloves, rather than waiting until the last minute and asking to use a non-public facility, and pushing the manager to the point of having to be stern after he repeatedly said no. And then to blame your daughter when you left the door open. Shame.
