We have stayed here many times before, but the quality and condition of the hotel has significantly decreased. It is such a shame because we really enjoyed staying here in the past. The location is so convenient to the ski resort. However, so many things such as the shower with little pressure, dirty toilet bowl, flimsy towels and pillows, and overall condition in the common areas has deteriorated. It's obvious that the owners do not invest in the upkeep of the hotel and continue to let the little things go and now are turning into bigger problems.

Great location to get to Killington ski resort. Breakfast is nicely done. The afternoon cookies are delicious. Staff works hard and arevery nice. The only negative I would say is some of the decor and room accessories (mirror and furniture) could use alittle tlc. Otherwise without a doubt a great place to stay!

It was ok room was dated bathroom fixtures were old tiles were cracked and grout was dirty nnnnnnnnnnnmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Hotel is nice, a little dated but rooms are clean and hotel staff is great.

we choose this hotel as a last minute getaway for Super Bowl weekend ... first location is great right on the main road to mountain , accommodations very comfortable and clean, staff is super friendly and welcoming, breakfast was very good. Overall a great value can't wait to go back!

I stayed at this hotel last year as well. Both trips the hot tub was not working properly. This year's excuse, "we ran out of propane." The hot tub looks great in the web site pictures but they don't think its important to maintain in working order. Next year will look at other locations. Went to play pool the first night but all the cue sticks work broken. Manager did go an purchase new sticks so that was nice.

This placed should be closed immediately, and the entire staff should be fired. I really can not think of 1 good thing to say about the hotel. Window screen broken, window left open bugs inside, window operating handles missing and actual mechanism was broken just allowing window to swing in the wind, A/C unit was a portable unit with a homemade duct going out through the wall, indoor pool out of service, outdoor hot tub only have half of jets working and dirty, bathroom sink faucet broken water only turns off/on to way to change temp, only 2 towels in bathroom, lamp on desk area constant flickering like loose wire, I changed bulb but still flickers, person at desk disappears regularly, no information in room about hotel amenities or location of bar, pool or breakfast room The place desperately needs to be remodeled and restaffed, even the outside walkways, driveways were in disrepair. Stay anywhere but here. We normally stay at the Best Western in Mendon which has always beed fantastic, I will book there soon for next year

The unexpected highlight of our stay was the breakfast with homemade pastries and coffee cake, homemade maple granola and wonderful creamy yoghurt. Hot water for tea had a coffee aroma. Bar was expensive with terrible drinks. Drink elsewhere. The beds were hard and the windows couldn't be opened. Soap was gritty and odd smelling. Low flow shower. There was a mice outdoor area with a firepit but the hot tub wasn't very hot.

We loved our stay! From the friendly and professional staff, through the clean and cozy public areas, the hot tub is amazing! The kids enjoyed the movie theater with free popcorn, and the fun games in the 1st floor. The breakfast was great, tasty, fresh. Highly recommended!

The front desk could use a class on cordiality. I really didn't have a warm, welcome feeling when I checked in. At no fault of the hotel or its staff, the hotel is very noisy. There were a lot of young people who partied early into the morning, entering their rooms with slamming doors and yelling. The hot tub does close at 10:00 pm, however, that didn't discourage the party crowd from gathering around the fire at 1:30 am with a lot of hooting and hollering. I probably would look for a more family friendly, quieter place to stay the next time.

The ONLY thing that I didn't like was the lack of the room to hold a steady temp. It was incredibly too hot. I was able to remedy that by turning off the heat and opening the window.

Booked 2 rooms. Travelled with in-laws. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was great.

Great location, only 1 mile away from lift area. Wil come back again

Nice location, but poorly maintained. Lobby and entrance looked shabby and staff was not very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom had a leaking faucet that dripped all night. Not worth $129 a night, may be good value for $75.

It was our first trip to Killington Vermont. We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The location of the hotel is quite convenient. Many good restaurants around that area. The spa and hot tube was really nice.

This hotel seemed a bit pricey for how outdated it was, but it was nice.

It was relaxed, clean, and comfortable. This place is not fancy, nor a dump. There are a few different lounge areas, including a darts room and a shuffleboard table. The pool and Hot tub were great. There were a few bar/restaurant options within walking distance from the hotel. For 4 of us in our mid 20's on a Saturday night, it was a good deal!

The hotel was a little outdated but when I'm only planning on sleeping there that wasn't an issue. It was close to all the great restaurants and shops at Killington and only a short drive to the gondolas. They had ample parking when I stayed. The breakfast wasn't any high class thing but it was filling and free so I couldn't ask for more. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff was polite. Only true complaint was that the hot water was a little temperamental. I think they probably didn't have enough hot water for everyone so depending on how many people were pulling from it your shower would go from cold to scolding hot.

The location was excellent, the room drastically needs updated though. The paint was chipping off the walls in the bathroom. And the bed could be updated, the bed was overrused and it actually like sleeping in a u-shape. everything just rolled towards the middle.

Got to the hotel before check in and we ask when we are we able to check in. At first she said 12:30 and they would hold are bags if we would like to. Then she said we can use there pool or anything we would like to untill r room was available. So we went to park the car and came back in and she said they have a room for us.

We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the hot tub being down during your stay. We are working hard to make sure that it gets fixed properly and that it stays that way. We are glad you enjoyed the pool table while you were here, and that the manager went out and bought pool sticks for you. We hope that you would be willing to give us another try next time you are in Killington.
