Adventure Zone Front Desk staff is completely rude. Overall Good Hotel with lots of amenities except Adventure Zone.

Nice big room. The pool and hot tubs were clean, good food at restaurant.

This resort has everything you could think of. Bed are comfortable, multiple pools, rooms and areas are cleans. Customer service was excellent to the point that my husband forgot 2 of his shirts and thry will be shipping it today. Will definitely co e back to this place. Near the hotel there’s a river

Staff were unapologetic for all issues - no WiFi in room (supposed to be free), found gum on the floor when we first Got there, room was never cleaned even though we called and asked for a cleaning, bathroom tap extremely loud, and the room is just tiny for a family of 4, hard to maneuver at all around the beds with ski gear. Very overpriced fir what you get. Very disappointed as we had heard great things. Not likely to ever stay again and we had been considering buying something there.

Nice hotel right at the mountain with underground parking. Very nice amenities including outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, lounge, etc. Only downside is the rooms are small.
