Come stay in our home for events such as home football games or graduation at Clemson University. We are a short 8 min drive from campus. Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house has a spacious living room with a new large curved flat screen TV. The main unique feature of this house is the huge backyard, with ~5 acres of cleared space overlooked by a relaxing sitting porch, and ~20 more wooded acres with a small serene stream passing through. It is the perfect for the types of gatherings you might want to host while coming to the Clemson area. The home is within walking distance to the Central shopping center, with a 24/7 Wal-Mart for anything you might need in a pinch but might not be able to drive to get. Save money on food by stocking up and cooking great meals in the furnished kitchen, or outside on the available grill. You will not find any other short-term rental with this combination of amazing features with proximity to Clemson University!
