The property could not be in a better location. The home is super cozy and has definitely been lived in - but those are all positives to me and my family. The proximity to the beach, access for our Labrador, and ease of getting around really made for a week of great memories for me and my family. Access to the water in the backyard/kayaks was a real treat and all that we could really ask for! The house has ample space, top of the line appliances, and everything else you would need for a great family get together on the water. We very much appreciate the owners for opening up their Cape Cod house that would otherwise be unattainable. Thank you, Del Mar and host family. We will definitely be back soon!

Wonderful stay

Lovely home. Very spacious with lots of charming nooks. Beautiful views. There were a couple of issues with the house, but Del Mar was quick to fix them.
