This is your own private oasis. This house is close to public transportation into NYC for a 45 minute train ride. Two doors from the Vanderbilt estate. Recently renovated. Thoughtfully FURNISHED with modern touch for a cape cod style home. Total 4,000 square feet of living area. Modern kitchen. Fabulous porch area with 3 sided view of bay. Separate area in master bedroom w/front loading washer and dryer and sitting area plus loft above. Total of 7 TV's compliment the house. Outside area includes patio w/grill and bar on upper level and cabana with bar and grill on lower ground level. Waterfront fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Pick your oysters and mussels down the ramp fresh right off the beach! Your visible neighbors are deer, wild rabbits and turkeys with occasional visits from raccoons. You will be in desirable civilization within minutes of historic Northport and Huntington, NY. Public golf courses are plentiful too.
