The toilet paper holder was broken, only had one towel, room cleanliness was lacking
Housekeeping did not come into the room to make the bed, take out trash or change out the towels. This is because of COVID. But the staff did hand us fresh towels each morning and we emptied the trash and made the bed ourselves. The complimentary breakfast was ok. The scrambled eggs were very nice but never offered w ith bacon or potatoes. Eggs and grits? No. Manager Shannon was warm and helpful. Thanks to all!
the hotel is ok, my ATT phone had zero bars a lot of the time. The wifi is also horrible, not sure what it would be if I paid the $4.95 upgrade. I will NOT be returning to this establishment. If there would have been WiFi i could have been in touch with family, but with ATT at zero and horrible WiFi, no thanks,
Elevators broken. They booked me on the third floor. One of the two had been broken since February. I would not suggest that hotel to anyone until they get a New owner nanager
Overall the stay was fine, the staff was great and helpful. The only bad thing is the internet connection is really bad.
No cell phone service inside the hotel, had to go outside to make a phone call
