Ce n’est tout simplement pas un vrais 5 étoiles Un 3 étoiles + voir 4 maximum mais les prestations ne valent pas un 5 étoiles des Maldives Le service est très mauvais et pas professionnel Le dining room laisse à désirer niveau qualité de nourriture et service La chambre étaient sale , les draps taché Les cheveux était dans un coin de la salle de bain des le premier jour à notre arrivé et sont resté dans ce coin tout le séjours D’autre tâche était sur les sols Les lits enfants n’était pas fait quotidiennement Les buggy qui roule vite sans faire attention aux enfants Le personnel qui ne dit pas bonjour et qui évite un maximum La propreté de la chambre La rigidité du personnel Le site artificiel avec plein de pierres au sol et non une plage naturel Nous avons même trouvé des clou au sol à plusieurs reprise , trop de béton et structure dur On ne se sent pas du tout sur une îles aux Maldives mais plutôt dans une ville au bord de plage en Asie Nous avons aimé le service et la qualité du restaurant thaïlandais qui ressortais du lot La qualité de nourriture et la cuisine dans le restaurant Aqua italien était également très bonne mais pas le service qui était mauvais Qualité prix de cette hôtel très très mauvais

An Unforgettable Family Vacation – Perfection in Every Detail! We had the pleasure of spending 9 wonderful days at Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives, and it was truly a dream vacation! Together with my family, including our 2-year-old daughter, we enjoyed every single moment to the fullest. The service was outstanding from start to finish – from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive housekeeping and the friendly faces all around the resort. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The way children are treated here is incredibly loving and thoughtful – our daughter felt right at home from the very beginning. The entire resort is immaculately clean, exceptionally well-maintained, and intelligently designed. Every corner – from the architecture to the walkways, play areas, and peaceful hideaways – reflects a high level of detail and planning. You can truly feel the care that has gone into creating such a beautiful and harmonious environment. One of the biggest highlights for us was the culinary experience. Every restaurant impressed us with excellent quality, fresh ingredients, and a beautiful presentation. Every dish was a delight! We especially want to highlight the Indian cuisine at The Gallery restaurant – it was simply sensational. The flavors were perfectly balanced, authentically spiced, and prepared with remarkable skill – a true culinary highlight of our trip. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team!

Great new hotel for family

The hotel is brand new, it was open in December 2024. It has 3 restaurants, a buffet offering asian, indian and international food, a great italian restaurant with great pizza, and one of the best authentic thai restaurant with the most amazing staff. The hotel has a good kids.club, 3 slides for kids, a lazy river (bring your floatings), and about 3 main beaches. Not many fishes around, but we were able to see baby shark, baby ray, and small fishes. The island is not a natural wild island, it artificial and has been created for the hotel. All in all, a great hotel with kids and an amazing staff. Thank you for the experiemce and memories
