Room with single beds 'Mavi'

Recently renovated modern room, bright and equipped with two single beds (which can be joined into a double bed upon advance request), convenient wall hanger, air conditioning, TV, and French door with mosquito screen. Spacious private bathroom with large shower. The room can be used as a single at no extra charge. Breakfast is included and served on the ground floor in the breakfast room next to reception. At reception, our host Alessandro is available; you can also order, by the previous evening, a breakfast with fresh baked goods like bread and croissants. Just outside the room is a shared anteroom with a small library and a unit with kettle and coffee machine for a hot drink on the floor.

Located in the historic center of Cellatica, at the gateway to Franciacorta (between downtown Brescia and Lake Iseo), the property is set within a peaceful, quiet courtyard.



We offer a free parking space in the courtyard, shared with 4 units, with an electric vehicle charging station (charging available for an extra fee). The public transport stop is just a short walk away.



Reception service and a breakfast room are available. Studio guests can enjoy breakfast in their accommodation or in the breakfast room accessible from reception. Packaged products, drinks, yogurt, tea, and coffee are served.



The host is usually present from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm. For needs outside these hours, please notify us the evening before. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an extra fee.
