Schöne Wohnung

Die Lage der Wohnung war super um Ski zu fahren. Die Wohnung war zweckmässig eingerichtet und liess uns nichts vermissen. Wie schon anhand der Foto’s erwartet, war die Küche eher klein und schmal, aber auch mit allem nötigen ausgestattet.

Perfekt mit öV

Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und haben die Ferienwoche in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Küche ist sehr schmal, doch tiptop. Das eine Badezimmer ist im Elternschlafzimmer integriert, wovon die Dusche lieber nicht in Betrieb genommen wird.....! Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr hell mit grossen Fenstern und das Herzstück dieser Wohnung! Die grosse Terrasse ist sehr spärlich möbliert, doch da es oft windet, ok! Im Sommer gerne wieder mal.

Lage und Grösse der Wohnung sind gut. Dusche weisst an der Decke grössere Schimmelspuren auf, da die Feuchtigkeit nicht abziehen kann. 2 Dusche fehlt, Küche sehr klein, Betten alt und müssten für diesen Mietpreis dringend ersetzt werden. Ausrüstung der Wohnung (TV, Geschirr, WLan usw.) sind gut. Preis/Leistung eher nicht genügend.

Wohnung im "höheren" Preissegment

Die Wohnung ist für Ihre Grösse eher im oberen Preissegement. Die Schlafzimmergrössen sind ok. Die Matrazen hätten eine Auffrischung nötig. 2 Bäder (eines mit Dusche, welches eher nicht benutzbar ist, da mit WC kombiniert). Der Einstieg/Ausstieg in die Badewanne ist eher mühsam. Die Küche ist klein aber zweckmässig.

Die Nähe zur Skischule/ Talstation und zur Bahnstation ist genial. Die Küche ist sehr klein und die Utensilien sehr alt. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Grösse. Leider sind die Betten resp. die Matratzen mangelhaft.
