This little corner of paradise consists of an original trullo alongside a cummersa and a lamia – the typical rural dwellings of the region – now restored to their former glory through a respectful and minimal renovation. Warm tones of red lime, creamy microcement surfaces, natural wood and exposed stone create an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for those seeking to reconnect with nature and themselves.
The casale accommodates up to six guests and features three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a spacious living room with fireplace, a dining area, and a kitchen that is simple yet fully functional. The interiors are cool and bright, with original architectural solutions such as mezzanines, built-in furniture, and exposed pipes that become striking design elements.
Outdoors, time seems to slow down. A saltwater pool opens out onto the surrounding landscape, framed by sunbeds and pergolas shaded with reeds – ideal for absolute relaxation. Not far away, a wood-fired oven and barbecue invite long dinners under the stars, around a large polished concrete table.
This property is more than just a holiday home: it’s an experience. It is located within the Ulmo Pinewood ( Pineta Ulmo ), a green haven crossed by hiking and cycling trails, and part of the scenic Apulian Aqueduct Cycle Route ( Ciclovia dell’Acquedotto Pugliese ).
