The 40sqm apartment is located in a two-family villa, renovated in 2013. It includes a kitchen / living room with sofa bed (1 place), double bedroom, bathroom and laundry room / closet. The apartment has a pergola where you can 'eat outside' and a terrace, connected by a common external staircase, used as a solarium and to have breakfast or a snack as you wish. The house is located in a privileged logistic position, a few kilometers from Cefalù and the Palermo-Messina and Palermo-Catania motorway junction; moreover, the intense green of the hills of the 'Parco delle Madonie', in which it is immersed, merges with the blue of the Tyrrhenian Sea which offers the splendid scenery of the Aeolian Islands. The apartment is furnished with new furniture chosen with taste and care to meet guests' needs and make their stay more welcoming and pleasant. Tolle ferienunterkunft und sehr nette Gastgeber

Toller Kurzurlaub bei Cefalu im Oktober '22

Wir waren Anfang Oktober für 5 Tage in der Unterkunft, ein kleines Doppelapartmenthaus mit schönem großem Garten und einer Dachterrasse mit grandiosem Blick bis zum Meer. In unserer Reisezeit waren wir alleine auf dem Grundstück, und es war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Das Apartment ist hochwertig mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Das Mobiliar und Küchenutensilien sind neu. Betten und Matratzen sind sehr gut. Alles was benötigt wird, ist vorhanden. Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Unterkunft ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Besuch in Cefalu, mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Dort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die schöne Bucht mit Sandstrand, wo man selbst Anfang Oktober noch hervorragend baden kann (großer Parkplatz unmittelbar an der Strandpromenade). Das Apartmenthaus (über eine kleine Nebenstraße zu erreichen) liegt hoch am Berg, so dass es dort immer angenehm frisch ist im Vergleich zu Cefalu. Die Betreuung durch den Gastgeber, Daniele und Familie, war ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen leider nur kurzen Urlaub und bedanken uns herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft! PS: Wen es interessiert: Wie in der Gegend auch auf anderen Bauwerken zu sehen, ist das Haus mit einer kleinen Photovoltaik- und einer Solaranlage ausgestattet, die die beiden Apartments umweltfreundlich mit Warmwasser und Strom versorgt, der (wenn nicht selbst verbraucht) ins lokale Netz gespeist wird (!) Solche Anlagen sind offensichtlich in Sizilien leichter umzusetzen, als bei uns in Deutschland : (

Sizilien 10/2019 genießen

Schon im Vorfeld kontaktierte uns Daniele und schickte uns eine genaue Anfahrtsbeschreibung , sodass wir die Ferienwohnung "Green Hills" auch gleich fanden. Darüber waren wir sehr dankbar. Daniele und seine Mutter erwarteten uns und empfingen uns sehr gastfreundlich (mit sizilianischem Wein und Gebäck) und herzlich. Wir fühlten uns gleich willkommen. Uns erwartete eine sehr saubere , geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. In der Zeit unseres Urlaubs fühlten wir uns sehr wohl und nutzten alle Annehmlichkeiten dieser Wohnung, genossen die Ruhe der Umgebung und den wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Liparischen Inseln. Von unserer Ferienwohnung aus unternahmen wir mit unserem Auto interessante Ausflüge ins innere der Insel. Dabei gab uns Daniele bereitwillig und gern Auskunft und Tipps über interessante und mögliche Ausflugsziele. In wenigen Minuten erreichte man auch die kleine Stadt Cefalu, die zum Baden, Bummeln, Genießen und Shoppen einlud. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir kommen gern wieder. Ralf und Ute

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung!

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber, die Ausstattung war in sehr gutem Zustand. Ruhige Lage, gutes WLAN, der Vermieter war immer erreichbar. Cefalu ist ein wunderschöner Urlaubsort.

Entspannter Urlaub in traumhafter Lage

Wunderschönes, voll eingerichtetes, sauberes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Es fehlte uns an nichts, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, alle notwendigen Ausstattungen sind vorhanden und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Hier kann man einen klasse Urlaub verbringen ! nous avons été bien accueilli par Daniel qui parlait le français, le logement était conforme aux photos, dans un cadre très fleuri, avec deux jolies terrasses, au calme, nous avons passé une super semaine, cefalu est une petite ville agréable animée, avec une jolie plage, nous reviendrons sans problème

Ruhige und schöngelegene Ferienwohnung

wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung von Daniele. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben sehr modern und sehr ansprechend, etwas abseits in ruhiger Lage. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber, in top Zustand. Die Begrüßung von Daniele und Mutter war sehr herzlich, mit lokalem Rotwein und sizilianischen Süßigkeiten. Auch die Empfehlungen über Touren waren sehr hilfreich. Würden jederzeit die Wohnung wieder buchen, einfach zum Entspannen.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Domizil

Wir haben drei wunderschöne Wochen in Green Hills House verbracht. Daniele und Teresa sind angenehme, hilfsbereite und sehr aufmerksame Vermieter. Nebenbei, Teresa macht die beste Pizza, die wir je gegessen haben und das Olivenöl von ihren eigenen Olivenbäumen ist ausgezeichnet. Wir denken gerne an diesen Aufenthalt zurück Karin und Christian
