This is a simple, clean house 2 bedroom 1 bath house. It is an old house with nothing fancy. It does include most modern amenities with central heat and air, coffee pot, refrigerator, stove, microwave and washer/dryer. Also includes single car attached garage with barn and loafing shed in the back yard. It definitely shows its age with some slanted floors, but once again it is a clean, simple house, fully furnished with all bedding provided.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

Perfect Fit
Two of us turned the Rock House into deer camp for 9 days. It was perfect for us in every way. Quiet neighborhood, nothing was stolen. The home in my opinion is really neat. It's old with certain quirks but I have those myself. The mud room as I would call it, complete with washer and dryer, gas wall heater and big sink was the crowned jewel for us. So much easier to keep a clean house with a room like that. Everything worked just fine. Will stay there again if possible.

It was a great experience especially because it was within walking distance of my brother that we went to visit. The communication with the owner was probably the best I’ve ever experienced renting like this.
