listing says they have a electric car charger but they do not have one and they know it. The manager said many people complain that there is not a car charger but did not know why they keep posting it as having one
The staff had to be reminded to bring up the crib we asked for but aside from that we had a great stay here.

We came to town for the iowa game, location was great and the cleanliness was above average! Better than this one we are checking out of today in Cedar Rapids.
They double charged me and now I have a strike on my credit because of their mistake. Worse yet, even though they admitted it was their fault they charged me, they had me go through Orbitz for the refund.
Quiet place after a long drive. Nice grounds. Easy walking to several decent restaurants. Only regret is the pool was not available throughout the stay. Grandchildren got one swim early.
Easy access and location. Room was very clean. Great bed and huge TV.

I realize we stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday but after four nights our room was never vacuumed and the sink and counters in the bathroom were never cleaned. We also left an empty pop can on the nightstand on the first night , where it remained for the duration of our stay. Tjis made me wonder about the cleanliness of the entire hotel. (Do they actually change the sheets between guests?) Will not return.
