Only a 6 minute drive to Menards, Walmart, JC Penney countless restaurants and the public library branch; 12 minutes to airport; 16 minutes to downtown Cedar Rapids; 23 minutes to Amana Colonies and 30 minutes to Downtown Iowa City and the University of Iowa and Hospitals.
