-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic.

-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke.
-This unit allows 1 dog under 50lbs. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal.
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit.
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom.
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance.
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.

The house was great. Communicating with Katie and Adam from The McCormick Management Team was easy. Getting into and closing up the house was also very easy. We loved the huge back screen porch. We also were so inspired by the artwork in the house that we purchased some art from artists in town. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental.
