On the main level, a bright and modern living and dining room features a panoramic window, a dining table, and a satellite TV, with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. A fully equipped open kitchen on this floor includes a mini-oven, a full oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a dishwasher. 1 double bedroom on this floor is furnished with 1 double bed, and a shower room with bidet and WC completes the main level layout. A door from the kitchen area leads directly to the garden.

On the lower ground floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, an open living room provides an additional relaxation space with its own satellite TV.
