'Pinetacecina' is a two-family house on two floors, in Cecina Mare, Tuscany, with private garden, outdoor spaces both in front of and behind the house (fenced and closed for the safety of children and dogs); well positioned, almost opposite the pine wood (equipped with games for children); crossing the pine forest you reach the beach (approximately 150 m). 20 mt. bus stop- Mt. 50 shops-at 200 mt. la Terrazza dei Tirreni (where in summer main events take place), near the 'movida' night, but far from the hustle and bustle.

Step-over that has access to the outer courtyard in front of the House.Ground floor: living room with double sofa bed, TV, kitchenette with cooker, fridge, oven, crockery; dining area with direct access to the rear garden, equipped with tables, chairs, barbecue and outdoor shower. First floor: double bedroom with terrace, a bedroom with two bunk beds, bathroom with shower.

NOTE : to pay cash at arrival: 80 Euro for final cleanings, 150 Euro caution, it will be given back at check-out- MAX 6 PEOPLE

Taken to the cleaners!

Every picture does NOT tell a story....you only know when you get there . Looked great in the photos, however ,this house had many many negatives.The owner knew we were bringing 2 small children.This house IS NOT child friendly...deadly staircase ,no screens on the windows and doors to keep the mosquitos out,dirty kitchen,old appliances. I had to clean the coffe pots and clothes lines.Dirty overgrown backyard.Hair on the tile floor,limited parking.Photo appears to have enclosed parking but gate does not open for vehicles. Limited street parking.We had rented this house for 11 days.We were in it 3 hours maximum and the owner did not refund us! You are not going to get what you see in these photos...beware!

Speziell, tolle Lage

Die wohnung ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. Es hat alles,was man braucht. Die Benutzung der zur Wohnung gehörenden velos ist super. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt mir Vermieterin. Die lage ist perfekt, 5 Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt. Der hintere Gartenbereich mit Grill und outdoor Dusche ist super.

Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr schön ist auch der Innenhof, wo es auch bei größter Hitze angenehm schattig war. Über die Straße hinweg ist man im Pinienwald, der eigentlich ein schattiger Park ist und durch den man die Strandpromenade erreicht. Ein toller Hundestrand ist ca. 2,5 km entfernt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, die Vermieterin gab uns viele gute Tipps.

Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus

Wir waren Anfang April in diesem wunderschönen und gepflegten Haus. Draußen war es noch nicht so warm und die Heizung im Haus funktionierte einwandfrei. Frisch gewaschen Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren vorhanden. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Vielen ❤️-Dank.

Sehr schönes Reihenhaus direkt am Pinienwald

Sehr schönes Haus mit abgeschlossenem Garten und kompletter Ausstattung mit direkter Lage am Pinienwald von Cecina di Mare und somit nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt. Ferien(-Reihen-)haus mit Charme an der Pineta von Marina de Cecina

Das wunderbar gelegene Ferien(-reihen-)haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Lage, Ausgestaltung und Funktionalität bieten einen hohen Erholungswert und sind charmant, so die Räume auf zwei Etagen, das Interieur, der Garten auf der Südseite, die Terrasse auf der Nordseite (Haupteingangsbereich). Auch unsere drei Hunde, die problemlos Aufnahme gefunden haben, haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stets entgegenkommend. Wünsche für einen zweiten Besuch wären: a) die Betten bedürfen über kurz oder mittel neuer Matratzen b) das Haus wie auch die Betten bedürfen nach dem Winterhalbjahr einer intensiven Lüftung c) die Schallisolierung zu dem Reihenhaus links vom Anwesen bedarf der Verbesserung - teils hörte es sich so an, als wären die Nachbarn anwesend - die Wände gerade oben halten den Gesprächslärm nicht ab Ansonsten war Alles vorhanden, was einen erholsamen Urlaub ermöglicht. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich und wünschen den Vermietern viel Erfolg und alles Gute, "Mille Grazie" von Christine, Gerd und unseren drei Hunden

Rundum zufrieden und sehr netter Kontakt

Sehr nette Gastgeber-Ehepaar ermöglichten späte Anreise und empfingen uns freundlich nach 10 Uhr Abends. Exzellente Kommunikation vor, während des Aufenthalts und bei Abreise. Das Haus ist ganz nett eingerichtet, authentisch und funktionell. Sehr gut ist der komplett geschlossener Hinterhof des Reihenhauses mit überdachter Terrasse. 30 m vom Haus ist ein wunderschöner, schattiger Pinienwald, ideal für Spaziergänge an sonnigen Tagen. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Sehr gut für Familien mit Kindern: Spielplätze im Pinienwald und ein Spiel- und Erholungspark nebenan, Ebenso ist ein Wasserrutschen-Park fußläufig in 10-15 Minuten einspannt zu erreichen. Alles in allem sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältniss. Perfekt wäre noch ein Wasserkocher in der Küche ;-), ansonsten gibt es nichts zu Meckern.

Sehr freudlich und super mit Hunden

Mit unseren beiden Hunden war das haus perfekt, direkt der wald dann sofort stand. Und alles andere ist in direkter nähe. Das Haus ist schön dekoriert, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, vielen dank dafür. Daniela war extrem flexibel in unserem Fall, weil wir später angereist und früher abgereist sind. 1000 dank dafür. Wir klonen gerne wieder.

Pinienwald und Strand

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt - ein paar Schritte zum wunderschönen Pinienwald, und dann ist man schon auf der Promenade und am Strand. Das Haus ist super, alles funktioniert (Heizung, Dusche, ...) und alles ist da, was man braucht. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war auch perfekt - superfreundlich, schnell - alles hat reibungslos geklappt! Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub an einem wunderschönen Ort!
