We stayed three nights at the hotel and we enjoyed it a lot. The highlight was the roof pool which is quite small but during our stay it was never crowded, most of the time nobody was inside and the terrace is a great place to relax. The breakfast was delicious, the selection was not that wide but definitely sufficient. The location is very safe with many good restaurants and shops around. It is in the walking distance of Fuente Osmena and the local Larsian street food place. There is a really good and cheap massage saloon just around the corner. The only problem was regarding our transfer from the airport which was paid in advance but nobody waited for us so we had to take one of the airport taxis, but fortunately we were not ripped of by him :-) The receptionist apologized and gave us a credit for minibar instead. We would definitely choose this hotel for our next stay if we come back to Cebu City.

We have stayed in this hotel in 2015 and we were satisfied therefore when we needed to stay overnight in Cebu City this year, it was an easy choice to choose this hotel again. Price is reasonable and their bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is very good as well. If there is anything to complain, it was the staff who manned the reception on the night we were there when we asked if we could exchange our dollar to pesos. The lady asked how much are we going to exchange and right after we said the amount, she said, Oh I am sorry, we don't have any pesos for the moment. Really? So why ask us? Sounds almost like a joke. Anyway, she recommended us to go to the money changer across the street. So we did. Little did we know, it was an adventure I wished we did not need to experience. First the traffic light was made for motorists. When it was green for the pedestrians to walk, the street across gets a green to go. And for those who have been in the Phils., many drivers do not stop for pedestrians. When we managed begging drivers to let us pass to get across the street, we walked in a semi-dark pavement til we reached the money changer. It was a small one, like a shed and it smelled a peculiar smell when we entered. Right before the money changer was a man lying down on the pavement in a dark area. Clearly a beggar but could easily mugged us. God knows. Due to the bad conversion rate we were offered and a man lying outside this money changer in a dark alley, we decided to go back to the hotel. But before that, we have to go through a scary ordeal again in crossing the street which was just right infront of us. When we safely got back to the hotel, I told this lady how horrifying was our experience. I asked her to call their manager and ask if they have pesos to exchange for us. How could a hotel receptionist suggests their guests to go through a harrowing experience and almost got ran over by motorists. One of the men manning the reception heard the conversation. He got on the phone, called up someone and then informed us they could exchange the money we needed. You know what, the staff should know that they have guests who are not used to the crazy traffic culture in Cebu. The motorcyclists even drive in areas where it is meant for pedestrians to walk. Not only that, you don't send off guests to walk in semi-dark roads. Even if this experience scared the hell out of us, I think I will stay here in this hotel again. But I will be more assertive next time when I talked to these people in the reception esp when I need to exchange some dollar to pesos. And if they don't have any pesos available, they should as well hide their sign that they could help their guests in that aspect.

The location of this hotel is awesome. Eateries right outside the front door. The hotel was nice, welcoming, and clean. The staff were amazing and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good. We had 3 rooms. The rooms were clean. The hotel had free wifi. There was a rooftop pool which we did not use. It looked nice.

I requester a top floor and they put us in a room on the 9th floor overlooking the city. The room was huge, very clean and modern. I love the pool, breakfast and how helpful and kind the staff are. Walking distance to some restaurants and grocery stores. The staff are really nice and willing to help alwaysss! Thank you BWP Lex! See you next time 😊

Stayed 9 nights in this establishment . Fairly conveniently placed to Ayala mall as well as Cebu Doctors hospital . Room experience pretty much based on wether you get placed at a high level away from traffic noise . Corner rooms with windows on both sides quite pleasant . Lower floor rooms noisy and some are meant to be windowless . Beds comfortable . Pillows pleasant if you enjoy sleeping on concrete ... Bath tub and bathroom very spacious . Shower large and comfortable . Business centre virtually non existent and confidential documents need to be emailed to reception staff for them to print on an inferior home computer printer .... this at a whopping P 20 a page ... and don't be in a hurry , the process can take hours .... Was unable to get WIFI service in room . Pool small and crowded Room service overpriced and mediocre in quality . General cleanliness - acceptable Breakfast service varies as chef can be slow and forgetful had to order twice today as he forgot first order . Assortment of western food ie cheese not always topped up and it's pretty much first come first served meaning that if your late you get the scraps Restaurant staff though generally best asset for the hotel as always cheerful and courteous . Would I stay again ?? Probably if I was guaranteed similar room or high floor corner and had no urgent business matters to attend to ... otherwise not

Have to say the hotel is nice and with a good location : not that far from the bus Stations, airport, ferry terminal and city center. The room was very clean, I loved the pool on the last floor. Wifi was fast . Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was one of the best I had since I landed in Philippines , with a lot of choices.Try not to go that late,as it tends to get quite crowded. They provide storage room for your belongings in case of late check out/early check in .

This hotel offered us relief from all the bad hotels we stayed in in Cebu and Palawan. It's centrally located, only a short taxi ride away from most sights and the south bus terminal, from which it's easy to catch a bus to places like Oslob or Moalboal. During rush hour best to assume it will take at least an hour to get to the airport. The rooms are clean, tidy and well maintained. The breakfast is great, but can get crowded. The pool area is on the roof and offers a fantastic view from the infinity pool. The pool bar also has quite a large menu. I can definitely recommend this hotel as it will put you in the heart of Cebu, close to anywhere you'd like to go.

The perfect location and the size of the hotel is just right. Great selections for the breakfast buffet. And oh! I love the sheets and the towels are extra large... felt luxurious. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends!

comfortable bed, very good amenities and breakfast buffet to die for:) highly recommended as a stop over. and the roof bar and swimming pool are just an addition you can’t really miss if staying there.

I stayed at the hotel for a period of 14 nights and this is my resume: Staff: very friendly and always worried about giving you the most comfortable stay. Breakfast: broad variety of local and delicious international food. Room: run down furniture and moldy shower. Very funny smell. Pool: probably the best pool you can get in Cebu. Swim and enjoy the view on top of the building.
