On arrival the staff refused to honor my Platinum status at IHG, saying that because I booked through Expedia/Orbitz that I wasn’t entitled. Ok fine. But, why should it matter how I booked the hotel? Don’t advertise on those platforms then! Hotel staff scratched their heads for a long time, but still refused. For a couple of days I hung up the sign to clean the room on the door handle, but the room wasn’t cleaned. On the 3rd day, I requested the concierge to clean the room while out for the day, upon return the room still wasn’t clean. Had to call downstairs to get someone up. The guy showed up, did a half ass job and then asked for a tip. Because of the incoming typhoon had to check out 1 day early. The hotel refused to refund the extra day saying that it would have to be handled through Expedia/Orbitz. Orbitz agent tried to get the refund. Hotel refused. Feels like a cheap money grab. On the morning of the check out, asked to see the manager. Of course, manager was not available. 😳. Apparently the hotel runs itself. Hotel restaurant served wet lettuce leaves and some kind of milky liquid for what they claimed was a Caesar salad. Dried out frozen/reheated cardboard for was was labeled as chicken cordon bleu. On the plus side, the shower had warm water and there was a nice mall a short walk away.

I liked the property. It was clean and we had a lovely view. It was a great place to stay and conveniently located near the mall. We were even able to find a laundromat to do our laundry for cheap. It was easy to get a taxi from the hotel. The food at the hotel was decent but the service and care from the cleaning and restaurant staff was a warm welcome. I especially want to mention the waiter Fred who was very attentive to my needs.

The staff and hotel were AMAZING!! The hotel had a home feel, with a great smell once you walk in. Close to the Ayala Mall, which is walkable. Also staff helpful with setting up other activities like Kawasan Falls with their partners.

If your going to Cebu this is the place to stay, friendliest staff,awesome breakfast buffet.very clean, great location. Definitely recommend

The staff are awsome.Very courteous, helpful, and knowledgable about how to make your stay here as pleasant as possible. The hotel is spotless and the breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing, best breakfast buffet I have seen in any hotel. The location is great also. Highly, highly recommend.

I liked the property. It was clean and we had a lovely view. It was a great place to stay and conveniently located near the mall. We were even able to find a laundromat to do our laundry for cheap.
