A picturesque 19th century Quercynoise farmhouse with pigeonnier, sits on 2 hectars of private land and surrounded by beautiful wild garden and panoramic views. You will have complete seclusion on your stay. Pérard is also in easy reach of the medieval villages of Caylus and St. Antonin noble Val and close to the wine regions of Cahors and Gaillac. It’s location combines the benefits do a local community with a real sense of rural tranquility. The beautiful farmhouse sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms and has 4 bathrooms. It overlooks a large newly renovated Roman style swimming pool with areas to dine, lounge and sunbathe. You enter the house through either the kitchen or salon via a covered veranda. On the ground floor is the Rita suite, two interconnected rooms comprising of one large double room with a four-poster queen size bed plus a twin room with access to a ground floor large bathroom. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, the Emily and Noah rooms both with en-suites. Within the gardens and opposite the entrance to the farmhouse is the independent La Vivienne studio with its charming double room, en-suite, kitchenette and outside seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped with SMEG gas cooker and electric oven. Larder fridge, a freezer, washing machine, dishes washer,coffee machine, toaster and microwave. All line and towels are provided except for swimming pool towels. The private 10m x 5m swimming pool is fully alarmed as per French regulations. High speed fibre optic wifi available in all the rooms.
