Séjour cauchemar

A mon arrivée 15h pas de reception , j'ai appelé plusieurs fois , répondeur j'ai été rappelé que vers 17h30 sur le point de chercher un autre hébergement. Dans la chambre le lit très moyen avec un sommier bruyant dans un état limite , la salle d'eau sombre, difficultés à allumer la lumière au dessus du lavabo, serviette non changé tapis de bain non changé et ménage non fait dans la salle d'eau dans la chambre juste le lit a été fait bref très déçu de mon séjour je ne reviendrai certainement pas
