The property was significantly misrepresented at the time of booking and resulted in our inability to stay at the hotel. It was advertised that the hotel was located on the same property as the bars, swimming pool, and private beach. Upon arrival, we discovered that these amenities were actually located at an entirely separate location, accessible only by crossing via a ferry. This information was not disclosed in the listing and is a clear example of false and misleading advertising. Additionally, upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed by hotel staff that the property is adults-only. This restriction was never stated on the website at the time of booking, nor was it mentioned anywhere in the hotel description. In fact, the hotel was described as “family friendly”. We were traveling with a small child and were allowed to check-in but were then explicitly told that our child was not to use the beach, pool or even the restaurant, leaving us with no option but to find alternative accommodation. Then the hotel refused to reimburse us.

After booking with this hotel I received a message letting me know their pool was closed, the only reason I booked this place was for the pool. When I try to cancel, two hours after the booking, they never responded and still charged me for the whole 5 nights. So disappointed.

Staff were very friendly and had access to the bounty bar beach which was a nice surprise. Is located next to the karaoke bar which goes until about midnight and is very loud.

We enjoyed our stay a lot because of the great staff and because of the location. I would say it is the best location on the Caye. The beach wasn't visible from our room but that didn't matter because of the great view of the street and the people watching we could do from our porch. No complaints whatever! would go back.

We loved our stay at the Bounty. The hotel is super convenient to everything on the island and the bike rentals were great! The beach view was great, but it’s not a beach to hang out on. The coffee shop across the way has most of the waterfront access, but we did like the coffee house a lot! There is a kayak car

Excellent Service! We stayed here for Lobsterfest. Staff went above and beyond making sure we had a welcome cocktail and our wrist bands. Room was comfortable, A/C was cold. Perfect Location close to everything.

A four minute walk from the ferry. Four more to The Split. Surrounded by restaurants and bars. An excellent breakfast option across the street and a brewery behind. The rooms are simple (bohemian is the correct vibe) but clean and the showers are full-pressure awesome. This was our first stay. It won’t be our last.

The staff here were excellent! Friendly and very helpful. The location of the property was prime to everything. Right in between the water taxi and the split. We had the 2 rooms that were facing street side. So it was perfect to seat on the patio, listen to music and enjoy the ambiance. The rooms were large enough for 2, and roomy enough to accommodate guests.
