A very nice hotel for Caye Caulker out of "busy" evening area but still so close and easy to get to everything going on . Loved the pool on the top of the hotel and lounge there. Grocery and ice cream nearby!! Service was fantastic and everyone so very helpful and responsive. We extended our stay and will recommend and stay at the property again!!!
Very nice, and seemingly new property in Caye Caulker. It's walkable with roller luggage, but they might be able to pick you up as well. They did offer a cart shuttle to the ferry when we left. The rooftop pool is nice, but a bit too cool to use at night unfortunately. We had some issues with hot water in our room and a noisy neighbor blasting music until 12:30 until I called to complain. The staff did take care of my complaint quickly. The rooms were very nice and clean.
The hotel was nice considering the alternative options we had. The restaurant was overpriced for the food it served; it wasn't bad food, just expensive for what it was. There isn't much around the hotel so it's a good stop if you have day excursions or on the way to the airport. Orlando at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
