It was my first time at One Tagaytay and it was an amazing experience! We had the Allure room, which was very spacious even for a family or barkada bonding. We had the suite all to ourselves complete with what we need for a holiday. But what impressed me the most was their FOOD! Each dishes were fantastic and ingredients were undoubtedly fresh! But what I like about their food is not just the preparation and their attention to detail but how they source them. They definitely make sure to help the farmers and small businesses around Tagaytay by sourcing the best produce from local growers. I highly recommend these dishes at Amacena: Arugula Salad, Alaskan Salmon, 5 Cheese Pizza (all made from local cheeses!), U.S. Sirloin (yes, sir!) Kare-Kare and Sizzling Bistek - all perfectly cooked! Will definitely visit again soon! Still craving for their dishes and fresh Felicity Dalandan. 👍🏼😊

Its a cool, homely and over looking suites with lovable people and staff.peaceful and affordable...loved it ...its my first tym staying in a hotel ,its a great experienced!one of the purpose of d place is to rejuvenate and enjoyment of the food.friendly high class hotel ....near in cavite.Godbless u more.

The place is nice for family it's quiet and peaceful however, they need to renovate the rooms most especially their bathroom. they should improved their toiletries and bath towels. buffet breakfast is lovely but can add more variety of food. their staff is very accommodating.

My husband and I stayed for a night here. We booked a Double Deluxe Room via Traveloka. Our request to be in a non-smoking and high room was granted. The hotel's location is near Picnic Grove. It's opposite the busier part of Tagaytay Proper which we like. There's a 7/11 and ATM machines in front of the hotel. The room we stayed in was clean. All appliances were working, bed was nice and comfortable, towels and toiletries were provided. Towels were a bit worn out and there were no slippers. Breakfast was superb. We ordered chicken tocino and longganisa. Their serving is more than filling. Personally, I think they should improve on their customer service especially the people on the front desk and the food servers. They do not greet guests as typical with other hotels. They do not even smile. During breakfast, no one greeted the guests a good morning. The staff do not seem to like their job. :( The staff seems very indifferent with their guests.

We highly recommend the food and the services that we experienced in their Amacena Restaurant. The tawilis fried rice and bulalo are "wow" in taste and we are happy with their accommodating services. Also, part of our package is a couple massage promo in their O spa and we are so happy to experience that relaxing aromatherapy for 60 minutes. We are rating this hotel 4 stars and the missing star (to be 5) is for their rooms. We booked the twin-deluxe room and though it's still cozy, we think they need to improve their water system. Also the hallway, we are hearing every single noise when someone walks in the hallway. Truly a very relaxing staycation... (just ignore the things happening outside)

One Tagaytay Place Hotel Suites is a mid-range hotel in Tagaytay. Rooms are not very big but not cramped either. Each room has all the amenities you need. I commend their comfy duvet. Their spa is large and I was not expecting the space they dedicate to their in-house spa. The lobby is very welcoming, very homey in fact. The homey ambiance extends to their in-house restaurant - Amacena. Great food, like being served by a family host during your travel. Staff are attentive and I felt secured throughout my stay. In front of the building is a 7/Eleven store and 2 ATMs. This is good for those who travel with kids who ask food anytime of the day. I feel this hotel is kid-friendly and I will go back to One Tagaytay, next time when I visit with my kids. Location is against the more touristy part of Tagaytay ( just my observation). I love observing local life during our early walk. The hotel is also walking distance from Picnic Grove. If you are out most of the time, this hotel is the best place to stay. They provide enough facilities to ensure your stay and you will be coming back to a clean and comfy room after a long day touring around the city. And the rate is budget-friendly as well.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. It serves really good and creatively prepared food, giving ordinary dishes a twist. The place is rustic (and very cool at that) and provides value-for-money service and amenities.

We did not get prior reservation to any hotel in Tagaytay for our weekend getaway. We first inquired at a hotel near Amadeo but the last minute room rate was sky high. I decided to check One Tagaytay and fortunately were able to get two rooms at affordable price. My only complain... the treadmill at the gym was not working... The staff at the front desk were nice... same with the restaurant staff.

The Hotel has the superb lobby that will entail you to check-in. Nothing less the warm smile and good service from the staff really give the worth the spent money of Hotel Facilities and WIFI connection are good.. We enjoyed our stayed in one Tagaytay Hotel. Thank you very much and God bless you all. More Power!

Highly recommended! We had a great dining experience at One Tagaytay. They offer delicious comfort food. The service was outstanding!!! Keep it up! Cheers to Mac our Restaurant Attendant and to the GM.
