We stayed here from Feb 23-24, 2018 at room 104. bed was large enough for me and my husband and our 5 yr old daughter. but there was a couch and my daughter preferred sleeping there and it was comfy and large for her. room was big. bed and pillows were really unbelievable comfy! the tv was hard to use though. toilet was okay but a bit cramped for me. and there was no bidet!!! im not sure if we were just lucky but we all slept soundly during our stay. it was quiet through the night. staff was always warm and genuinely happy to assist. specially to their restaurant staff RAYMOND who was always prompt and ready to make your breakfast a delightful one. the restaurant though was a bit dim and dark. they should make the windows larger to allow natural light. free breakfast was yummy except for the free dessert which is a so-so. there is newly created building but it is separate from the main hotel. the new building has a pool. and perhaps it has better view. but i would still prefer the main hotel. we will definitely go back. it was a surprisingly delightful and relaxing experience. thank you LEE! P.S. please change the tv setting.

We were able to avail of their website promotion and was only expecting a clean room to spend the night. But when we arrive, we were pleasantly surprised that the room is quite big and spacious. Nicely decorated and really cozy. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. There is a welcome gift which is a nice touch that we truly appreciated. The stay was relaxing and we will definitely be coming back again very soon.

Booked my stay here through agoda which was around php 2500 a night. Location of the hotel is great since its by the main road. Hotel has enough parking for its guest. Bed sheets and comforters are soft. They also have a black out curtains which is important for me. Staff are very helpful and attentive.

We booked a room in their brand new wing and was given the room with a fantastic view and a four poster bed. Its so romantic and very cozy. We love the room. We were nit able to try the pool since it was very cold that day but it does look inviting. But since it is still in its soft opening, they only serve room service in their main building, which is a little hassle if you just want to have dinner inside the room. But maybe in the future they will be serving soon i hope. We will come back and will try the pool definitely.

The weather is so nice that day, we need to wear our jacket when we go out specially at night. There's fog also. It was nice because we really enjoy the cold weather of tagaytay. Our family booked the 2 bedroom suite of the Lee Boutique Hotel which is adequate for our family. It has 2 toilets and 2 separate rooms. It also has a sitting room. The only negative thing I can say is that it does not have a view, which is a little disappointing but was compensated with the cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the staff. I gave 3 stars because of the lack of view in the room. But all in all, it was a nice and awesome stay.

This hotel is by no means a boutique hotel. It is a run down hotel by the side of the road. Check in was slow, rooms were old. Doors were thin you could hear people talking outside. The Restaurant area was claustrophobic with nothing to see outside, not to mention bad service. WiFi was provided, but very slow. This is definitely not worth your money. Find something else.

well i paid another 4 k peso due to miscomunication on my booking .not happy at all they even instructed us to book ourselves to online booking.....well the doorman is very nice and helful but the rooms that i booked is not what i see in the photos .im not coming back ..sorry jst my opinion....

The service and location was okay. It was just the experience... Make sure (and demand) that you be placed in a room far away from the roads and front desk area. On our first night we were booked at Room 101, at the ground floor, which was at the corner of the building, closest to the highway and side road, and just across the front desk. We didn't have enough continuous sleep because you can hear the vehicles and people talking all night. It was as if you were just staying outside the building. Then at around 7am, barely into our 2nd hour of sleep, we heard a very loud music coming from the lobby. The speaker was just about 3 feet away from our door. I approached the guy at the front desk and asked to tone down the music and requested that we be moved to another room away from the noises for our second night stay but the told me outright that there isn't any room available yet because they are fully booked, maybe around noon during check out time, and that he will try. Going to have breakfast, I asked the buy again if there is a chance that we will be moved and he said he will try. After breakfast I asked him again and he said he's still trying. Then I went to insinuate that he should make it because I am a contributor of TripAdvisor. A few minutes after suddenly there was a room available now, room 108, which was across room 101. At least I thought we were no longer on the road side. The following morning, our check out day, there were a lot of noises coming from the lobby. People talking and that music again. I didn't want to ruin my morning so I just didn't bother call their attention anymore. As we were preparing to check out, we wanted to take a shower and freshen up before we head back home. To cap that disappointing 2 nights, there was no water! The said something went wrong with the water pump. We ended up asking for 2 pails of water so we can wash up and leave the place right away. If you will ask me if I will stay in this place again, my answer is NO. There are hundreds of other hotels and B&Bs in Tagaytay that I can try. And if I will recommend this place to others? It depends if you are my true friend or not. Guess :-)

An adequate hotel but unfortunately I had a disappointing stay. The hotel made a very poor first impression on me. Firstly, when I arrived the doorman watched me struggle with my luggage down the staircase leading from the road with no offer of help. Secondly, I arrived at the hotel in the morning having had a long overnight journey from North Luzon. Whilst the room I stayed in for my entire stay was empty and prepared, the hotel would not let me check in early without demanding I pay the equivalent of the room rate that I had paid in advance. Being extremely tired I had no choice but to make this payment. I've travelled a lot and have never had a hotel do this to me before. The room I stayed in was a good size with comfortable beds. The bathroom was fine with a good shower. I did find, however, the room to be quite noisy, not only from traffic noise but also from the reception and voices and TV's being clearly audible from adjoining rooms. The hotel has a roof terrace with part views of the lake. The room itself was advertised as having a balcony which it did, but unfortunately it directly faced a 4m high wall and adjoined the very busy road which the hotel is situated on. Not the relaxing spot I had hoped for. Also, with the room facing onto the wall, it made the room very dark and gloomy, even in bright sunlight.

(+) Very accommodating and courteous staff Comfy beds and sheets, spacious rooms (stayed in a double room plus 1 extra bed) Compact hotel space so dining hall and reception area are easily accessible (for seniors though who have trouble with stairs the dining hall can be a challenge, but they can always send your food to yoir room) Great place for couples, families with kids, groups of friends who want a quiet place to stay in Pocket garden/veranda for quiet time (-) Not all rooms have views; the ground floor rooms don't have a view which is where we stayed, so if you want one, you should tell the staff and/or book early (we booked a little late). The veranda makes up for the view Food/meals are a bit pricey (250-300 range for usual breakfast meals)
