The service and location was okay. It was just the experience... Make sure (and demand) that you be placed in a room far away from the roads and front desk area. On our first night we were booked at Room 101, at the ground floor, which was at the corner of the building, closest to the highway and side road, and just across the front desk. We didn't have enough continuous sleep because you can hear the vehicles and people talking all night. It was as if you were just staying outside the building. Then at around 7am, barely into our 2nd hour of sleep, we heard a very loud music coming from the lobby. The speaker was just about 3 feet away from our door. I approached the guy at the front desk and asked to tone down the music and requested that we be moved to another room away from the noises for our second night stay but the told me outright that there isn't any room available yet because they are fully booked, maybe around noon during check out time, and that he will try. Going to have breakfast, I asked the buy again if there is a chance that we will be moved and he said he will try. After breakfast I asked him again and he said he's still trying. Then I went to insinuate that he should make it because I am a contributor of TripAdvisor. A few minutes after suddenly there was a room available now, room 108, which was across room 101. At least I thought we were no longer on the road side. The following morning, our check out day, there were a lot of noises coming from the lobby. People talking and that music again. I didn't want to ruin my morning so I just didn't bother call their attention anymore. As we were preparing to check out, we wanted to take a shower and freshen up before we head back home. To cap that disappointing 2 nights, there was no water! The said something went wrong with the water pump. We ended up asking for 2 pails of water so we can wash up and leave the place right away. If you will ask me if I will stay in this place again, my answer is NO. There are hundreds of other hotels and B&Bs in Tagaytay that I can try. And if I will recommend this place to others? It depends if you are my true friend or not. Guess :-)

An adequate hotel but unfortunately I had a disappointing stay. The hotel made a very poor first impression on me. Firstly, when I arrived the doorman watched me struggle with my luggage down the staircase leading from the road with no offer of help. Secondly, I arrived at the hotel in the morning having had a long overnight journey from North Luzon. Whilst the room I stayed in for my entire stay was empty and prepared, the hotel would not let me check in early without demanding I pay the equivalent of the room rate that I had paid in advance. Being extremely tired I had no choice but to make this payment. I've travelled a lot and have never had a hotel do this to me before. The room I stayed in was a good size with comfortable beds. The bathroom was fine with a good shower. I did find, however, the room to be quite noisy, not only from traffic noise but also from the reception and voices and TV's being clearly audible from adjoining rooms. The hotel has a roof terrace with part views of the lake. The room itself was advertised as having a balcony which it did, but unfortunately it directly faced a 4m high wall and adjoined the very busy road which the hotel is situated on. Not the relaxing spot I had hoped for. Also, with the room facing onto the wall, it made the room very dark and gloomy, even in bright sunlight.

(+) Very accommodating and courteous staff Comfy beds and sheets, spacious rooms (stayed in a double room plus 1 extra bed) Compact hotel space so dining hall and reception area are easily accessible (for seniors though who have trouble with stairs the dining hall can be a challenge, but they can always send your food to yoir room) Great place for couples, families with kids, groups of friends who want a quiet place to stay in Pocket garden/veranda for quiet time (-) Not all rooms have views; the ground floor rooms don't have a view which is where we stayed, so if you want one, you should tell the staff and/or book early (we booked a little late). The veranda makes up for the view Food/meals are a bit pricey (250-300 range for usual breakfast meals)

This is our second time to stay, last is 5 years ago when they are actually very new. We got the chance to visit tagaytay again and since we had a pleasant experience the first time, we decided to come back. Though we initially expect that there must be some deterioration since its been 5 years from our last visit..... Boy! Aren't we surprised! Their linens are all brand new! And the room is very well maintained. The age doesn't even show a bit at all! We are quite impressed with how the staffs maintain the hotel. The staffs are all very friendly too and we are treated as nicely as our first visit. This is definitely our hotel of choice in tagaytay. Now we have a place to be called home in Tagaytay. Keep it up Lee Boutique. Until our next visit.

Just got home from our weekend getaway at Tagaytay. We stayed at the Executive room (at a discounted rate) which I find very spacious, cozy at most importantly, child-friendly. The staff were very polite and accommodating. Definetly worth the money. We'll surely come back.

This is our second time to check in this hotel and the last time I suggest they change their linens. So when we checked in last weekend, we are very pleased to experience their new linens and towels! They even prepared a souvenir for us which we appreciate so much. The staffs are very courteous and friendly. The rooms are really spacious and well maintained. That is why we keep coming back. We have not tried their breakfast yet, because both visits, we woke up late. The only problem we encounter at that time is the wifi, which is intermittent. I hope they improve on this too. But other than that, we have a wonderful stay.

The room and bathroom was really really clean. They even have a welcome gift. The room has a refrigerator which you don't always get with a regular room. I wish I had a view of Taal though. All good!!

Stayed on a Superior Room. Place is quiet and homey with coffee table and couch. About 1.2km from Olivarez bus stop. The place is within walking distance but the road doesn't have a good pedestrian lane. The staff assigned on the front door is nice and accommodating. The room is clean, the restroom is also clean except that there is no bidet. Bathroom towels were hidden on the curtain shower. Complimentary bottled water, coffee and tea with electric kettle is available plus nagaraya. Plus a necklace with your name on it was given as a gift. Overall stay is good. Will book again next time.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and was very happy that we chose this place. Service. Excellent service. The crew were all smiles and we had no trouble with confirming our booking. They were very accomodating. Rooms were cleaned fast, our requests were delivered promptly. Our attendant kuya Harold was very polite and efficient as well. And it extends beyond office hours! It was raining on our 2nd stay and one of their staff (the OIC on 24 August when we checked in, forgot his name :( ) saw me waiting for a tricycle ride outside. I stupidly forgot my umbrella and my roommate was sleeping in our room, cant wake her up. He's already on his way home with another staff but he immediately approached me, asked where I was going, flagged a tricycle for me and made sure I did not get caught in the downpour. Thank you Kuya! Room. Very much worth it for its price. I did not expect much because Tagaytay is a tourist destination and we took one of the cheapest hotels with a bath tub. Everything is working fine and so far, they had one of the best hot-and-cold shower I've ever tried. It wasn't hard to adjust to the right temperature. It's very homey, I loved the color combination, very relaxing to the senses. We don't hear noises from the outside too, we didnt even hear the rain even when it's coming down hard during our second day. My only comment is that their inverter AC leaks when you turn it off. But it's a minor detail and it didn't bother us. Location. It's a 15-minute walk from Olivarez Plaza or you can ride the tricycle for 25php (if from the terminal) or 20Php if you just flag them from the street. It's on the road going to the Picnic Grove so jeepney's rarely pass the area and the attractions and restos are far from each other. Still, it gives a relaxing vibe, unlike with the area going to Mendez. Overall, I highly recommend it. We'd prolly stay here in our future excursion in Tagaytay.

We booked a superior room but was upgraded when we checked in. The room is really spacious, with nice furniture's and complete amenities. We like the design of the room. It is very cozy. The staffs are nice and friendly. They are very helpful and have assisted us well during our stay. Parking is adequate. Breakfast is great and has a variety to choose from. The pool is under construction so we were not able to try it, but according to the staffs, it will be finished soon. Will definitely be coming back.
