A very pretty villa with a swimming pool and three air-conditioned bedrooms, offering a partial view of the port of Cavalaire, located 900 meters from the beach. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a 70 sq m living room. The living room includes three sofas and a large flat-screen TV. One of the bedrooms is a 20 sq m master suite with a walk-in shower, private toilet, and single vanity. It features a king-size bed (180 cm wide). The swimming pool (6.5 x 3 m) is surrounded by a large terrace where you can relax on sun loungers. A ping-pong table and a gas griddle are also available. The property is fully enclosed. An outdoor jacuzzi completes the amenities.
