The accommodation consists of a ground floor with a living room, a kitchen area and a shower room with WC; and a partitioned mezzanine inside which is a bedroom (double bed and storage space).
The surface area of the accommodation is 20 m² - Carrez law. However, the mezzanine has a comfortable ceiling height, which brings the usable area to around 26 m².
The farmhouse also has:
- 2 adjoining terraces: one of 25 m² in the South and one of 32 m² in the North (garden side),
- a private parking space
