Felt like family with fantastic staff

Out check in and concierge service was outstanding!! Thank you Juliana,Luca, Paola for incredible welcome and comfort for our trip- above and beyond our expectations. The hotel location is great! Included breakfast was good. The facilities are a bit small as expected in Europe but the shower was large but also splashed all over the floor so we used a large towel to try to keep it from flooding the bath floor. Slippers are provided which helped for comfort.

Staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Excellent service. Hotel clean. Surrounding area appeared safe but dirty and sad to see such an historical city covered in graffiti and garbage. Sadly seems like most of Sicily is covered in trash bags and plastic bottles. Might help to clean it up. For health reasons
