The location is strategic for visiting the city and the area is full of services such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The accommodation can accommodate up to 5 people.

- BEDROOM I with two double beds, wardrobe, TV, chest of drawers, sofa, bookcase and split A/C;

- BALCONY with access from the kitchen;

- CLOSET;

2ND FLOOR:

- BEDROOM II with double bed, TV, wall wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair and split A/C;

- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;

- BALCONY with access from the bedroom;

- LAUNDRY ROOM with washing machine.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, fan, baby cot, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

ATTENTION:

- Internal stairs to reach the upper floor of the apartment;

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

A member of our Team Catania will contact you a few days before your arrival to organize your check-in. They will meet you at the apartment to hand you the keys and they will be at your disposal for any information and further assistance before and during your stay. We are available by phone, e-mail and/or Airbnb direct messaging service.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

N.B. completing the registration is MANDATORY to receive instructions and access the apartment.

In this property the keys are in a safety deposit box. Further information will be provided at the time of booking.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

City tax payment will be required.

The excellent location allows you to visit all the main points of interest in the area on foot: Piazza Duomo and the Cathedral of Sant'Agata, the historic local market, the Benedictine monastery, the Ursino Castle, the Greek-Roman theater, the Vincenzo Bellini opera house and the garden of the same name.

Walking through the streets of the city you will come across numerous clubs, restaurants, bars and pastry shops, where you can enjoy the renowned cuisine and typical products of the region, known throughout Italy and the world.

The area is well served by public transport, with bus stops a few steps from the accommodation, facilitating access to the historic center and beyond.
